From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

I thought I would-be dealing with the movie g company that would help with the move. I am not sure if I was or was not and that is not good or safe. After an 8 hour move, the movers leaving my deep freezer like I could or would take it to my new home by car, after telling them it was an item they would take and later after us back g a talk about me taking a small Uber, how could you over-look it. Also, they could not turn off the water so I was told they wkuldclmd back for it the next day. They did not and I was td this by the owner Kevin Gee, who was also the driver. When the took the dryer, they forgot the pipe that attaches to the back to make the dryer work, luckily, the people I higher to get the washing machine brought it with them and placed it where it needed to be. I didn't know the driver was the owner until I reached out to Tbe Swift Trip on Offer Ups to let them know how long the move took. I spoke with the owner after being informed of this and he agreed that my fee would-be 100.00 less, but since I had to give that amount to the second young man to pick of the left behind washing machine, that means nothing. Also, they scratched my table up, but I didn't notice it that night, it was too late so I didn't look at it until I was placing items where they should be. Now, I have been told Mr. Gee is the owner, then told he is not and that The Swift Trip is a referral company a d the contact info for the company that came to my home could not be given to me, this is not safe. No where on the site do I see that they are a referral company. I see only that they assist with moves. When I informed them that the owner stated he would go back for my washing machine, I was asked if I make a deal with the driver. This was said knowing that we're the same person. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR ITEMS BE TAKEN CARE OF, USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

They set up an in-home estimate and the gentlemen who performed it was friendly and showed up on time. However, after he left, I never heard back from them after repeated phone calls to give me their quote. I am not even sure if they are a real moving company. Save yourself hassle; if you have a local move, stick with Two Men and a Truck and steer clear of these fly-by-night operations.

Tim, the owner gives a fair estimate based on what you have, and always does an immaculate job moving everything over. He gives you a choice as to whether or not you want to rent a truck on your own or let them bring a truck. He gives you both prices so you're able to compare to see what works the best for you. If you want someone who does an honest job, and will work hard to make sure you're stuff is taken care of, definitely go with these guys.
