She has to be one of the most cold-hearted people I have ever talk to. Not even a condolence and thank you for being a valued customer! I honestly cannot wait for Amazon to open up their new launch of storage facilities! Ashely, the General Manager should be ashamed of her unprofessionalism and disregard for valued customers! Not to mention they never answer the phone the line is always busy! They open late and close early everday! Don't waste your time here please save yourself the headache! Somehow on the date I was scheduled to move in, there was a little confusion in locating my reservation. Nonetheless Chris & Ms. Ruth was able to locate and work everything out. They were both nice and spoke with me as if I wasn't a stranger to them. The facility grounds are clean and well secured. I haven't had an issue so far. I forgot to submit the review before now. I'm here paying for my next month's rent. Surprisingly Ms. Ruth doesn't forget a face! Oh, by the way you can pay in advance if you like.

We moved in on a great price and then a couple months later after getting fully moved in they…read moreincreased the rent by almost double knowing just how hard it would be to turn back around and move back out which was sad. My husband called and was able to get the price down just a tiny bit which we appreciated- def not at the price we came in at a couple months prior but better than the increase. Now we are dealing with a whole mice problem. Mice are coming in from the ceiling and crapping on all our things and tearing up our stuff. Another renter of the space a few down from us mentioned they are having issues with mice too. The mice and any other rodents are able to go from unit to unit bc of the openings and holes in the ceiling. We have no food in our unit but we don't know what the other units have in our row. There is No plan to fix the holes just have someone spray in a couple weeks. We had to spend $100 trying to buy our own stuff to rectify the problem and 7 hrs of time taking all our belongings out and cleaning up the droppings and going through all our things that were ruined, and trying to tape up the holes in the ceiling ourselves. We weren't offered any discount on the unit for the inconvenience this month or anything due to a problem of this nature which would have been appropriate until it is mice free at the very least. I'm not saying all the units are this way but we are certainly having this issue and are not the only ones. We've never had an outdoor unit before and so far we are not a fan. The only great thing is the size of our unit and how easily accessible our belongings are in this unit and we've had overall pleasant interactions with staff overall. We aren't asking for much-just to have a pest free location. We've included some pics below but we have many more unfortunately.

Just go find a storage elsewhere!…read more I'm paying for a "climate-controlled" unit. The temperature has been almost as hot indoors as it is outside each time I've been there. When I chatted with an agent, they basically said in the agreement it says they don't guarantee temperatures. If I wanted my things stored in sweltering hot weather, then I would have gotten an outside unit! I've had my unit for almost 5 months and they have sent me an email that my rate is going up. So I guess they can change the rate up whenever they'd like?! Bait and switch! I chose this storage company because of the rate that was advertised. I'm currently looking for another company to have my brother move my things. Such an inconvenience!
