David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

I had originally reached out to a few different local moving companies and didn't even hear back from half of them or couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Atlanta Home Movers was so fast to provide a quote and also follow up. Other companies estimated 7-9 hours for my move but these guys hustled the entire time and finished in a fraction of that time. Despite my house having many stairs leading up to it and also inside, they never once complained and had such a positive, fun attitude for the entire day. My husband was traveling so it was just myself and my 10 month old baby - so a day that I was dreading actually turned out to be the smoothest, most stress-free experience ever! My friend and I came by and dropped off a ton of cardboard boxes today from the back of my car. The…read moreservice and location are extremely convenient and the workers were courteous and quick. We were in and out in like a minute and a half, and that was mostly just me backing my car into the spot in front of the cardboard sign lol. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon. Make sure you break down your boxes flat before you bring them. My friend and I did that and put them in the two largest boxes I had, and handed them to the workers that way (so I guess they ended up breaking down those two of course, but the rest were all flat.) I don't have cardboard recycling at my apartment and I have a vending machine business, so I'll definitely be back at some point to recycle more cardboard and possibly other materials.
