We hired movers to move our 5 bedrooms storage area into our new home. We have a climate control unit. The movers came to use concerned reporting rodent feces and urination all over our furniture and boxes. I went to report and immediately was put of to filing an insurance claim which, thank God I had insurance but I am still awaiting to hear from them. There was a strong odor when entering the climate control unit there is a strong odor as well. Bugs were in our deep freezer and what appears to be other things too. I'm am in disbelief that I have to experience something like this. I have had storage here before and did not have this issue. I can't believe all my items are ruined moving into my new home and I am basically having to replace everything and out thousands of dollars. I think what gets me the most is the protocol for something like this, it's a joke. The insurance company is an issue, there's no way to get in touch with a claims adjusted and every call attempt goes to voicemail immediately on the first ring. Even then supervisor. I am utterly disgusted with this entire situation/process. I should be reimbursed for my storage cost and items loss at total cost of everything. My family and I are having a horrible experience of enjoy our move into a new home for something that should've been prevented. I'm literally in tears about this situation and so much for a great new home experience.

The codes When they realized it's broken they just left it open for over a week, the cameras on the property apparently are for show, when you ask to see footage or someone to do so, they say its not connected.

When I chatted with an agent, they basically said in the agreement it says they don't guarantee temperatures. If I wanted my things stored in sweltering hot weather, then I would have gotten an outside unit! I've had my unit for almost 5 months and they have sent me an email that my rate is going up. So I guess they can change the rate up whenever they'd like?! Bait and switch! I chose this storage company because of the rate that was advertised. I'm currently looking for another company to have my brother move my things. Such an inconvenience!

Been by my unit 6 times in the past 2 months and have been denied entry starting with a jammed door, where the building was damaged from someone backing into the door frame. Once I was able get staff to open it, I discovered there was a huge, gushing leak in the roof that ruined most of the items of sentimental value in my son's unit. Would you pay for a unit like this that leaks, and has a jammed door. No, you would not. You would be trying to get your stuff out of there ASAP. Yes, you would. This is what the shysters are doing. I am am the executor of my son's estate, and I am disabled. A grieving elderly father, over 70, with a disability. The perfect mark, and they have been taking advantage of me That's how I got the unit which I have been paying monthly on for 1 &1/2 years. The unit leaks like they turned the down spout into it, literally soak his belongings. It also has a broken/jammed door, which they haven't fixed. I keep paying and they keep blocking access due fuckups like the broken jammed door, miscommunication and inflexibility with grace period after they KEPT ME FROM VACATING repeatedly. I am here with truck and trailer again, and they disabled my access code, even though I paid them. Maybe your experience was different.
