I am sure this place is ok to store your items...however the people that work here are CLOWNS. Davis Drive, where it's located, is disgusting...the amount of litter is alarming. Everywhere you look there's trash. Today while walking my dogs, two "workers" came out to tell me to stay off their property, that the clients are complaining about the dog poop, and something about the "owner"...all while I was A.) walking thru an empty parking lot (what clients?) B.) literally while holding a bag of my dog's poop. Then the employees followed closely behind me to ensure that I was on the public sidewalk. Customers are so "WORRIED" about poop but not the broken glass, discarded food containers, baby items, napkins, liquor bottles, bags and the USED condoms among many other things? HILARIOUS! I hope these two also warn the gaggle of geese to not poop on "their property" either...because they're definitely crapping on their property too. Also-it's probably not too bright to harass people walking by on public property, just because they have dogs. read more

Great place to store your stuff if you're okay with usury business practices more common to used care dealers and payday lenders. I rented a 10x10 space in April of 2022 for $140/month and the rent has been increased twice in the subsequent months: first to $158 after five months and again to $190(!!) eight months later. By my reckoning, that's a 42% increase in just over a year! Interestingly enough, CubeSmart is presently offering the same 10x10 space - at the same address - on-line for $78. If you ask about the increase at the property office, you'll be directed to call national customer service who will (politely) inform you that pricing decisions are made locally. You will then be offered some smoky BS explanation about market driven pricing and rates in competition with other local providers. Funny, those same local providers are offering similar deals on 10x10 spaces. I rented one just up the street from Public Storage for (wait for it) $78. So, I'm out. The previous reviews praising this business are all pretty dated. It may be the pricing policy was different 5+ years ago. The on-site manager is a terrific guy and none of this review is any reflection on his attitude or abilities; all pricing decisions are made elsewhere and out of his hands. None of this is illegal, of course, and "business ethics" are entirely perspective-dependent. CubeSmart is in business to make money for their shareholders (as they should). It's the implementation practice that could benefit from clear communication and transparency. If you then choose to do business with a pirate, go for it. read more

Clean and friendly storage location. Pest and rodent free with easy access. Staff was accommodating at the time of move in and move out.

Warning do not go there. They are rude and hateful. I'm literally shocked. They will smile at your face and act differently on the phone. I reserved a truck through them hoping they would be dependable. When I went to pick up the reservation, I learned something new. Reserved does not mean reserved. Evidently their version of reserved is first come first serve. When I spoke with U-Haul regarding this they said a reservation is a reservation. We have given CubeSmart hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years. Even disregard the amount of money that we've given and utilized their storage facility, you would think they would be general courtesies when they're getting ready to give your rental truck away that you literally reserved the day before. After looking back at my notes on the phone car, Vanessa did not tell me where the black box was located. She just said you can get your key from the black box. So I had to figure out where the black box was. I will follow up with a letter because it was completely disrespectful of my reservation and conversation less than 12 hours ago. I prefer not to write negative comments. I just want whoever reads this to be warned of the type of person you're dealing with and Vanessa. I have completely changed my opinion over the past couple of months. read more

We had an excellent experience using this facility. We got a great deal on an air conditioned unit. It was on the second floor, but no issues getting things in and out using the convenient carts available and large elevator. We were also able to use their truck when moving things back out to our new home. Great staff, highly recommend them! read more

We moved from Pittsburgh to Atlanta on short notice, and this storage unit made it as painless as possible to store our apartment while we looked for an apartment. The staff was friendly and willing to work things our with the customer. They had carts for us to use when unpacking our moving truck and when we do move into our apartment, they have a truck on site that we can use! Wonderful service!
