Deal only with the manager and her employees. I would give a one star review of the corporate company, but the manager and her employees at this location are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, provide informative information, and insightful. They try to help a business, and understand the COVID19 crazy world. The staff at this location is courteous, helpful and honest. Furniture dollies are available for customers use. The indoor units have been upgraded with steel doors and secure locks to prevent breakends. Knowing how secure these units are is why I rented here again. read more

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE! I've been using this Public Storage location for 18 months. I've seen one rate increase that was understandable. Now they are more than TRIPLING my monthly rate. I would not recommend Public Storage for a business transaction. You can expect the rates to go up every year. Mine went up $18.00. I started out $93.00 and ended at $133.00. I understand rate going up. where I was shocked when you close the account. They will not prorate your money back. I would suggest keeping your lock on your rented storage space until the last day of that month. The company is cheap and greedy. Even their employees say this. read more

This was the best public storage experience I have had!!! Jazmin was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me get the right storage best for my needs. This place is extremely safe. Police officers patrol the area. It was a little tough getting used to the gate hours but for a women safety, cleanliness, and professionalism was a big plus for me. We were practicing my code on the gate and a guy came in and hadn't put in his number, they made sure to stop him and verify his identity. Wish it was like this everywhere. read more

Excellent customer service! My very first impression was great customer service based on my conversation when with a wonderful sales rep named Sparkle. I had ordered a unit via website and received a phone call confirmation almost immediately. Very fitting name to her personality. On the day i signed up for a unit, i was met with another great customer service agent, Dshaunda. My internet special order got confused with another person in their system with the same name. She kept at it until she was able to fix it and amazingly kept her composure even though she was working by herself and extremely busy. She was very courteous as to not ignore me but still able to diffuse an emotional issue a customer was having and answer phones. Worst storage facility! The bathrooms are nasty if available and more often locked due to need of repair. We can't wait to be able to move out after 3 break-in's, limited hours and the poor customer service from Dshaunda. read more

I wish I could separate my star rating with the staff from the policy decisions of the owners on this one. With less than 6 months my rent was raised and the closing hours were changed from 9pm to 5pm. I work Monday thru Friday like most individuals and sometimes I need to swing by my unit. 5pm is an absurd time to close the gates. As for my rate increase I had been given or at least would have assumed that I'd have at least a year before I'd see and increase but low and behold I found it slipped into the contract. Ultimately Public Storage does not provide the value and convenience I was looking for when I switch from Uncle Bob's smaller indoor unit, yet now I am tied to it as moving my stuff will a great deal of strain. read more

I arrived on Friday 5/23 and rented the space. The lights were out in the hallway and I was told someone was coming out that day to repair an electrical issue. I went back a few days later and the lights were still out, could not see to do anything, called the office and left. I was told the work order was open and it would be fixed. I went back the third time and the lights were not working. I called the district manager and left a vmail that was not returned. I went back Friday June 6, lights were still out. I requested the DM's manager's number. Then the DM called me. None of these conversations about the lights were congruent; all had different versions. I'm on my way over today, hopefully 2.5 weeks later they are fixed. Stay tuned.... read more
