I can rent month to month for a reasonable price without having to sign a long term lease. I can add a unit when I get larger shipments and close it with short notice once those items are sold. Shipping to this location is the most secure setup I've ever had, with gated access and coded door entry. With a dock high dock and drive up dock, It's perfect for shipping/receiving pallets and loading/unloading smaller items. One of my units has power, which is another big plus, and the price per month for power is extremely reasonable because this facility has solar power. Too bad you can only give this place 5 stars!

Don't let the outside influence your decision to go in. We were greeted by Mike, an owner, who showed us around, showed us a unit, signed us up on the spot. Everything he told us - gate entry, building entry, security protocols was correct. We are happy to support a locally owned business who seems to care about their business.

I was forced to write this review today because I've had enough with this place. Today I visited to unload some gear and my unit was blocked by another customers trash. Surprisingly I seen a employee and ask him to remove the items from the font of my unit and he replied "I'm not touching that". At this point I'm not sure why I'm paying so much for this dump.
