Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again. Thank you guys for helping make my move into my new place so much easier!

One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.

They seem to be very professional with follow-ups via email and invoices. But that's it!! My move was scheduled the 18th January I was given a time window of 9-11 and was on a strict time line. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! 1st I was told they were having issues with the truck @ 10am spoke to the "owner" he is RUDE! Told me it's not his fault and equipment issues are normal and took no accountability for anything. 10:30 he told me they got another truck and was on the way 11am the drivers called said they were on the way 11:20 still no show and I had to reschedule for the next day!! Next day come and these older disrespectful gentlemen showed up with attitudes. Talking bad about the owner and how he doesn't have equipment for them and they had to bring they own supplies and etc. They used profanity and were arguing with each other and overall took forever! Finally got the move done The move it self was ok the owner showed up apologized and assured me this was out of the norm and offered me $100 off my next move. Glad it was over I paid my bill and continue my day. As the last step was to move my bed and TVs into storage I figured I'd give them another try and use my $100 discount!!! BIG MISTAKE TOTALLY MY FAULT. The guys showed up and while friendly than the others they had no moving experience. When I reviewed the contract my discount wasn't applied! Called the owner he cursed me out, called me all types of names and came up with ever excuse not to honor the discount he provided. Explaining his financial situation and telling me he has kids to feed. But you offered me a discount so nothing I'm asking for is outlandish. He refuse to allow the movers to unload my things until I paid full price. After not waiting to go through the hassle I paid the full price. He showed up at the until very threatening and mean and intimidating! After it all he text me rude disrespectful remarks. See attached!! BAD COMPANY BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Even worse over the phone they said they would break down and rebuild all my items that needed it(even though I said I'd do it for some money off... she said it was included in the price so even if I did it, it would still cost the same.. ok I let them do it) now when we're inside the room, they tell me they never rebuild things due to liability purposes. Whatever, I've never heard that but ok. I went to build my babies crib... and I find out WHY they couldn't "rebuild it" they pulled 80% of the screws out with force, instead of using the right tool. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?)
