When we were finally served, we got our truck and I walked to find the vehicle. Only I couldn't find the vehicle because it wasn't made clear that staff was supposed to drive the truck up. . Was there anything good at this U-haul? Well, there is a storage service here, and they also will take your packages from UPS, fed ex, etc. They also sell all sorts of boxes and moving equipment with clearly marked prices. Located immediately before Interstate 285, and surrounded by gas stations, you have really easy access to a main highway as well as topping off your truck with gas being super close. There is a night drop box to drop off your keys if you can't get there before they close as well, It's a shame, because this U-Haul location has all the makings of a perfect location, but with short staff and confusing directions, you may want to shop around.
