These guys are straight "Moving Scammers"…read more They must have thought that they were going to get over on me, when they heard that I was moving my things from a military base to a city location. They have no idea of what a "Standard" is. To start off, they were more than 3 hours late. I had paid them "half" up front to make sure that they had more than the deposit to make the move guaranteed. They sent their other "brother" to get the money while that they claimed they were doing another move. I was moving a three to four bedroom that was being stored in a 10X30 unit to a couple of 10X20 units in the next city. They were loading with people that I know they picked up off of the street. "Literally". I would see the people that they hired to make the move in the city on a weekly basis. So they must have thought that they were getting over on me. One of the people that they hired was throwing my things in the dumpster to make room on the truck for the move. I literally had to watch them because they were "Extremely Shady". The White mover literally dropped my computer and then said that it probably didn't work anyway. These idiots were worst than trash. After we left the first location the move out location I was under the impression that they would go straight to the move in location but I was definitely wrong about that. They stated that they needed a break and needed to stop and get something to eat before they unloaded the truck. I was thinking that "Normal" people would stop on the road briefly, pick up something and possibly switch drivers while the other driver would eat in transit. These jackasses went missing for 4 hours to the point had to file a police report because at this point they would not answer the phone nor did they respond to my text to where they were with my things. After I made the police report then they wanted to return my call when they got pulled over. The police department asked if I wanted to continue with the incident. I stated that if they get my things to the new location in the next 20 minutes then I will suspend the report. They showed up in 15 minutes after they were released from the scene. They were so slow that they did not complete the move in until the next morning. They were ridiculously slow. On top of that I moved out of a 10X30 to (2) 10X20 units. How do you squish a 10X30 into (1) 10X20 unit. That is why I will have to go through and make sure that I am not missing TV's and other expensive equipment that was included in the move. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I would never recommend this company to my "Worst Enemy". They are and were that bad. Horrible does not do them justice.

They communicated with us the night before and again early in the morning on the day of the move to assure us that they would be able to take care of what we needed. I asked what was going on? The lady told me she saw an older lady inside but she would not open the door. We began calling the office & the phone just rang and rang. At this point I decided to wait in my car... long story short it's almost 4:30 & the door is still locked! These types of things are unacceptable when running a business. I understand things come up or people need breaks, but you have to have a backup plan. It's not fair to the customers!

I don't do typically do Yelp reviews but felt it necessary because if I went off of the review I wouldn't have rented from this location. Everyone has their own experience and mine was great! Deidra (spelling) was extremely friendly and helpful along with the gentleman Woolf king with her (so didn't get his name). She explained everything and answered every question I had. She was very flexible with my needs and worked with me since I was doing a long distance move. Allowing me to leave my car at their location for the day and picking up the trailer the next day. Per policy they aren't permitted to assist in putting your car on the trailer but he definitely helped in whatever way he could. Guiding and showing me what I needed to do. When it was finally loaded I left there feeling comfortable and confident to take my 2000 mile journey. I'm so appreciative of this sweet couple who helped make this process easy for me.
