And if you think you are going to transport goods from your van, car to the unit on a very handy cart??? NO carts for use in this unit!!!! So you better have a strong back or hire someone!!! And did I mention lighting is equivalent to four light bulbs. I had to complete major engine repairs on the engine for the supposed repaired parts within 3 weeks of the purchase. When we asked him for documentation of the repairs he had made he said he couldn't find any paperwork - which is impossible to believe for businesses to lose taxable itemized documentation. So far the vehicle purchased has cost me more in repairs than it is worth. The lack of integrity and accountability for this owner is unacceptable. His standard response is that truck is sold "AS IS" and even though he directly lied about the repairs there is nothing you can really do. Additionally, he advertises his vehicles online as "FOR SALE BY OWNER" but he is actually a dealer and the price advertised will be raised for extra dealer fees when you go to purchase. Just another example of his lack of integrity.

The quality of the unit is really good and great compared to others that I have had in the past that have charged 2x or more what I am paying here. The great thing about this, as a single person, I feel safe here because there is someone on site 24/7 and a bathroom available. The office isn't open 24/7 but I can go any time and feel safe. I have never had that from an outside storage unit ever. Well lit and clean, with a garbage for convience. I have had storage units in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia and I'm sure I'm missing a few other states but I am very pleased with the quality, the price, the service, and the management there.
