Because I apparently can't make anything easy, this was a fluid process moving possessions in and out of the keep/trash categories. Again, nothing but polite, professional hard work from these two. David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were able to pick up my items within just a few days. They showed up at the place of origin exactly on time, they wrapped the pieces extremely well and drove the 80 miles directly to my house. They were courteous and very grateful when offered cold water on this hot hot day. They carried in the items quickly and carefully, unwrapped them, placed them exactly where I wanted them to go, disposed of the wrappings, and were on their way. The cost compared with other movers was very reasonable. I signed the receipt electronically and received confirmation via email.
