Do NOT use this place. The location is down in an area you would not feel safe going alone as a woman. I rented a unit on the 22nd of last month and ended up not needing it and they would not refund my money to me. They cut off my gate code and rented my unit I paid in full for to someone else. The motion detector on the gate doesn't even work half the time and you have to get out of your car to wipe off the sensor so the gate will open. Nothing is digital and leasing paperwork is hand written, very poor managed and unprofessional. When the time came to have my things picked up by my International moving company, I was instructed that some materials within my unit would not be accepted by customs upon arrival in the UK. The on-site management went out of their way to supervise the initial entry to my unit, even helping the friend I sent to review my unit's contents with a lock that had rusted closed. The managerial team went above and beyond their requirements to assist with needed paperwork, communication with the moving extraction team, and answering any questions that I had. I find it difficult to structure a review that encapsulates the level of gratitude I feel to the team in charge of this property, so I'll say it like this: My entire life was entrusted within this property while I was 4400 miles away and that trust was completely founded. They're an ace team, personable, polite, and helpful.
