After purchasing the television, I took it home and connected it to my cable, but to my consternation, the picture did not show. I called Amazon support for assistance; however, they were not able to get the picture to display, which they surmised was due to the television not receiving the signal. On Sept. 7, 2021, after Labor Day, I went into the Goodwill store and spoke with the manager, Renee, requesting a refund, for a TV they put on the shelf that was not working, but she flatly refused, stating it's against store policy to give refunds for electronic purchases. Renee directed me to call Goodwill's Corporate office. Needless to say, that was to no avail. My experience at this Goodwill was unfair and their policy is not good customer service or ethical business practices.
