These guys are straight "Moving Scammers"…read more They must have thought that they were going to get over on me, when they heard that I was moving my things from a military base to a city location. They have no idea of what a "Standard" is. To start off, they were more than 3 hours late. I had paid them "half" up front to make sure that they had more than the deposit to make the move guaranteed. They sent their other "brother" to get the money while that they claimed they were doing another move. I was moving a three to four bedroom that was being stored in a 10X30 unit to a couple of 10X20 units in the next city. They were loading with people that I know they picked up off of the street. "Literally". I would see the people that they hired to make the move in the city on a weekly basis. So they must have thought that they were getting over on me. One of the people that they hired was throwing my things in the dumpster to make room on the truck for the move. I literally had to watch them because they were "Extremely Shady". The White mover literally dropped my computer and then said that it probably didn't work anyway. These idiots were worst than trash. After we left the first location the move out location I was under the impression that they would go straight to the move in location but I was definitely wrong about that. They stated that they needed a break and needed to stop and get something to eat before they unloaded the truck. I was thinking that "Normal" people would stop on the road briefly, pick up something and possibly switch drivers while the other driver would eat in transit. These jackasses went missing for 4 hours to the point had to file a police report because at this point they would not answer the phone nor did they respond to my text to where they were with my things. After I made the police report then they wanted to return my call when they got pulled over. The police department asked if I wanted to continue with the incident. I stated that if they get my things to the new location in the next 20 minutes then I will suspend the report. They showed up in 15 minutes after they were released from the scene. They were so slow that they did not complete the move in until the next morning. They were ridiculously slow. On top of that I moved out of a 10X30 to (2) 10X20 units. How do you squish a 10X30 into (1) 10X20 unit. That is why I will have to go through and make sure that I am not missing TV's and other expensive equipment that was included in the move. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I would never recommend this company to my "Worst Enemy". They are and were that bad. Horrible does not do them justice.

They communicated with us the night before and again early in the morning on the day of the move to assure us that they would be able to take care of what we needed. And they did just that--took care of us. Most of all, these brothers and their team are so very nice and a pleasure to work with. We would use them again for our local needs as well as our out of state needs. I personally recommend Boudreaux's Moving. 5 star service. Support independent businesses!

Money up front and guarantee the unit will be available when one pulls up in a moving van at $200/hr ready to go. Next access to the units is horrid! Vans can barely maneuver through the narrow slits of open areas, Access to the doors to the units are so narrow no large furniture can fit through. There are guard bars at units entrances so narrow requires much difficulty getting items of any size through. And if you think you are going to transport goods from your van, car to the unit on a very handy cart??? NO carts for use in this unit!!!! So you better have a strong back or hire someone!!! And did I mention lighting is equivalent to four light bulbs. I would advise to go look, look carefully and decide if this is what you want to deal with every trip to your unit..I do not recommend at all!

NOW today...mind you my account is completely paid up and current as of MAY 15th...I NEED to access my camper and my access code is locked AGAIN! (A time before this my account was paid and I actually got locked inside the facility. Used my code to get in but couldn't get out.) Its Sunday so no one is answering phones and there isn't an after hours number. I COULDN'T BE MORE ANGRY! This will cause delays and cost money personally! If I am paying for storage, then I want access to my things PERIOD! "Get convenient access to your boat, RV If you can't make it within business hours to get your boat or RV out of storage, relax. We have convenient standard gate hours from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM and late access is available every day" is what is on the website! COMPLETELY FALSE! I had to complete major engine repairs on the engine for the supposed repaired parts within 3 weeks of the purchase. When we asked him for documentation of the repairs he had made he said he couldn't find any paperwork - which is impossible to believe for businesses to lose taxable itemized documentation. So far the vehicle purchased has cost me more in repairs than it is worth. The lack of integrity and accountability for this owner is unacceptable. His standard response is that truck is sold "AS IS" and even though he directly lied about the repairs there is nothing you can really do. Additionally, he advertises his vehicles online as "FOR SALE BY OWNER" but he is actually a dealer and the price advertised will be raised for extra dealer fees when you go to purchase. Just another example of his lack of integrity.
