The quality of the unit is really good and great compared to others that I have had in the past that have charged 2x or more what I am paying here. The great thing about this, as a single person, I feel safe here because there is someone on site 24/7 and a bathroom available. The office isn't open 24/7 but I can go any time and feel safe. I have never had that from an outside storage unit ever. Well lit and clean, with a garbage for convience. I have had storage units in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia and I'm sure I'm missing a few other states but I am very pleased with the quality, the price, the service, and the management there.

I had an amazing experience with World Class Movers so much that I had to make a review which often…read moretime I forget to but I had to for this group. I was blown away! So here's the thing... I saw their team moving out of the storage facility which I plan to move my items in and watched their technique. Ironically, I just asked the lady at the storage representative if she knew movers she could suggest and she gave me their card a few weeks prior to this. What's the odds right?! I was sold when I saw their vehicle with the labeling. The quality of my experience is supreme and I truly mean that. It was important for me not just have anyone that has a uhaul and/ or random truck ( nothing against anyone with their hustle) but having someone that is professionally serviced with insurance and appropriate accommodations was key for me because it shows me the company takes pride in their brand. I wanted to ensure the items in their care was treated well because I spent a nice amount of funds on my items and wanted to keep my items secured from damage. I watched the way their team wrapped items and was quick in their delivery, response, and management of administrative items. I think a lot of times you see a professional group and assume they expensive but their were reasonable priced and showed QUALITY SERVICE!!! Larry has several years of experience which shows in his techniques. Listen, they were inexpensive and soooooo professional. You won't be disappointed and I'm not even hyping this up. From the initial walkthrough to start off and close out, everything was great. Also, special shout out to Sarai! She is the sweetest customer service representative and will make your process streamlined and seamless. I added on a few items in the end and it was just superior service. I'm definitely passing on the word because I have heard horrible experiences with movers. Honestly, when I was looking for movers I took a look at reviews for the surrounding area but couldn't find a group to really pull the trigger on based on the reviews. This group should be your top pick for your next move. I just connected my brother them and they are moving him into his new house soon as well in the next few days. Ask for Larry and Larry. Those are the team members I used and my brother is utilizing.

overall bad experience…read more they are very unorganized. they quoted my wife one price but when they showed up they asked for a higher price. when showed the text with the original quote their response was "they can keep up with who texted what." after a lengthy back and forth they agreed to the first quote but with a lot of complaining. furthermore, they showed up one hour before sunset and was only able to do 1/4 of the job before leaving. they said they would be back in two days but texted that they would not be able to. no big deal. the next day they showed up unannounced when I was not home. my wife eventually received them and again they argued about what the job specifics were. my wife told them the back of the house was not done and the windows were not clean. their response was that they would not do the windows even though that was the original quote. again, they didn't finish as sunset arrived and demanded payment. I refused full payment because many areas of the house were still covered in dirt, streaks and cobwebs. I gave them 75% of the quoted price for doing 75% of the job (and that's being generous) and their response was that they were going to get a lawyer. My wife asked them to fix the problem to get the rest of payment and they refused. One of the boys was nice but the other was very entitled, lazy and arrogant. Do not recommend.
