I have had a storage unit actually several here for about a year and the person managing Newnan Lock storage in Newnan now, is amazing! The quality of the unit is really good and great compared to others that I have had in the past that have charged 2x or more what I am paying here. The great thing about this, as a single person, I feel safe here because there is someone on site 24/7 and a bathroom available. The office isn't open 24/7 but I can go any time and feel safe. I have never had that from an outside storage unit ever. Well lit and clean, with a garbage for convience. I have had storage units in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia and I'm sure I'm missing a few other states but I am very pleased with the quality, the price, the service, and the management there. read more

I have rented here for 7 years . Never had major problems until they hired a new resident manager. They are theives, if you store your stuff their, it's there's. They will make a new rule and make the fine outrageous and with no warnings your stuff is theirs and then they pick through it and auction the rest. $1000 fine for smoking on site, I lost my grandmother's furniture. If I could if 0 I would . PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING A UNIT My husband and I moved to newnan in 2016 and needed a place to keep our furniture we found Newnan lock and storage convenient to our location so we decided to rent a unit BIG MISTAKE . After 1 year + months we closed our account with them and moved out our furniture to find that everything was soaked molded ruined . When I spoke to the office management newnan location [ Sandra ] is who I spoke to they asked if I was checking on it regularly of course not,because I thought it was safe .why would I ? They then told me it was on me to make sure my things were safe and that I should've reported the leak earlier but I had no clue water was leaking from the rooftop of my unit . After talking with them the office manager called there Utah branch where the owner lives and told him everything he then said the least he could do is give back our money for the year, GREAT ! I was happy after that they said to leave my things in the unit so that they could look at the items and find where the leak came from so we did. WEEKS passed still nothing I finally called and they acted like nothing happen they said I put my things in wet they asked if I moved to newnan in the RAIN I was told to call the Utah office to speak with the owner so I did after many tries I finally spoke to him he was nice but acted like he never told me he was going to give my money back and that they couldn't find a leak even tho we found water leaking from the roof of the unit he then asked if I got insurance for my unit I was never offered any insurance or I would have . After many months of phone calls still nothing . I called the newnan office again and she told me all they could do was $100 . We paid $80 each month for over a year we lost everything in that unit some things that couldn't be replaced like pictures ect. and to top it all off I never received the $100 dollars that I was offered . Newnan lock & storage are crooks they took advantage of my family I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else that rents from them please make sure you are offered insurance and if not ask for it I wish we would have known that that's my mistake. I've rented many storage units in my life time and never have I had to check on my things to make sure of it's safty other then making sure it was locked even if I would have checked on my items the leak was in the back of the unit I would've had to pull everything out to find the water damage I guess I should have done this every week for the year + months we rented the unit . read more

This is a good storage facility with 24 hour access and very helpful staff to fit your storage needs to their variety of storage units. We recently rented 3 different units to hold our many items as we sold our home and will not be able to move in our new home for several months. Their staff helped us and allowed us to move units to best accommodate our needs. I recommend this firm. T.Black read more
