We have been renting one of their units for 3 years. Payment has always been on time, I believe we are good customers. For the past three years our rent has gone up every six months. It went from $150 to $350 in the 3 years. I would stay clear of this place at all cost. They lure you in with a great price then raise your rates knowing that most people won't go to the expense and hassle of moving. Not us, we are moving. My advice is BEWARE, find a facility that is locally owned and cares about the people in the community. Get away from big corporations and spend your money in your community. This is not a caring company, their bottom line is just profit. This is especially DISTURBING during such a tenuous economically trying time for most Americans. Keep it local, stay AWAY!! read more

We found Extra Space when looking for a climate controlled storage and it is a much nicer (and cleaner!) storage facility than where we had originally stored our things after a move. As well, they had flat rolling carts which were a tremendous help when it came time to put our stuff in the unit. Leigh was extremely helpful and personable. Fortunately, she had been at another sister facility when we called, then at the one we ultimately chose the next day, so it was a very smooth transaction. Whatever you do stay away from this company we have least multiple units each of them have water leaks the manager Jamie seems like he does not care to take care of the problems and he lingers calling people to fix the roof also if you like to be call racist slurs ( fing fag***)( by all means least from this company. He has called me racist names. We reported it to his manager and corporate office and they continued not to do anything about the situation. I have called the corporate office asking to speak to a manager above Yvette to handle the situation and we have yet to get a call we keep being told to give them 24 hours to give us a return call and they have yet to do so. We had Jamie to cut a lock for us on one of our units to let us know what was in it. He told us there was only trash in the unit and that he threw away. He did not have permission to go into the unit nor did he have permission to throw away our stuff. Come to find out he threw away artwork, chairs, jewelry and a lot of other stuff away we have not heard back from his manager about the situation nor hers whatever you do stay far away from this company. read more

Another great "shout out" to Jamie at this facility. As a matter of fact all of the staff is great. They always accommodate my needs. Jamie always greets with a smile and an enthusiasm to help answer any questions. I have been renting from this storage facility for quite some time in different capacities due to moving a great deal. The staff has always made it a point to go out of their way to help on "the turn of a dime." Recently, my brother had to rent a storage facility quickly and the staff made sure to get all necessary paperwork to me within a short matter of seconds - seamless! When it came time for my brother to move out, the staff was prompt to close the unit and make sure everything was done correctly and quickly in the process. Beware of renting units here. We have been in less than a month and have had two large instances of water intrusion. Today we found several hundred dollars of clothing wet and molded. This is our third time to rent a storage unit (from other vendors) and the first time we've ever had a problem and it's been two huge problems. Extremely disappointed! Both instances have been unit defect- the first a defective boot on bottom of door and now intrusion from the back. The first instance they have me a mere $25 off rent. I will update once this second instance has been handled. read more

Great staff, clean units and grounds , open late hours for convenience,. We made a move to the area during the crazy holiday season and extra storage made it easy and were very accommodating. Pricing was decent and we got a discount on the first month. Very friendly. read more
