I have been Scammed by Forward Storage. I have 3 units there that are I'm storing my belongings that are removed from the my hone that was damaged by the tornado of January 12. I have insurance coverage for each unit that is $2,000 for each unit. On March 26-27 we received 12 inches of rain. On the following Monday I found that the units had been flooded and even water was on my sofa etc and boxes were saturated. I was told that Forward Storage would completely support my claim. Now I'm being told that the claim has been denied on all three units. They stated there is no evidence of a flood and/or anyway water had gotten into the units. Which is a flat out lie. read more
