The motion detector on the gate doesn't even work half the time and you have to get out of your car to wipe off the sensor so the gate will open. Nothing is digital and leasing paperwork is hand written, very poor managed and unprofessional. I can't believe in times like we are in they would keep your money and nothing you could do about it.

The managerial team went above and beyond their requirements to assist with needed paperwork, communication with the moving extraction team, and answering any questions that I had. I find it difficult to structure a review that encapsulates the level of gratitude I feel to the team in charge of this property, so I'll say it like this: My entire life was entrusted within this property while I was 4400 miles away and that trust was completely founded. The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Now I'm being told that the claim has been denied on all three units. They stated there is no evidence of a flood and/or anyway water had gotten into the units. Which is a flat out lie.

They focused on "potential customers" by pouring a HUGE concrete pad for new climate-controlled storage, but could care less about their current customers who couldn't gain access to their units because there was no concrete to drive/walk on and the drainage was non-existent so it was quite muddy. I had requested that they give us access by building some sort of ramp, but they didn't do ANYTHING until we finally stated that we were moving out and we better have access to our unit to be able to do so. The poor lady at the desk was SO kind, but was told that she could not give out the names or numbers of those above her.
