Had a great experience!! Daughter in college - the unit was close to the college. Rented and paid over the phone, my daughter went there picked up lock and keys we purchased - started moving things. Moved her back in this weekend, called and said unit was clean and removed the lock.. Easiest transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Staff was so kind and helpful through the whole process.. Thank you All Self Storage. read more

My one any ONLY experience with this location was a nightmare. I rented some equipment on a recent…read moreFriday and when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have it. It was there sitting on their rental floor in inventory. Was told that it was rented to someone else. The rep named David had told me by phone earlier in the week to come get it on Friday and it would be ready and I could have it over the weekend. When I arrived the female manager (Short blonde) don't know her name but listed as Jerrica Daniel, proceeded to tell me they would have to search and find one for me when it was sitting right there. Asked me if I could come back a week later. I had already arranged for the agreement with them through David who never asked me for any deposit. She then proceeded to charge me for a weeks rental instead of the one day. Told me that I would have to go to my bank and get them to straighten it out. TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO FIX IX WHEN THEY POSTED THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME. A REAL KAREN! I refused to deal with her after see got very ugly and offensive. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS MANAGING ANYONE. DOES NOT LISTEN OR CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. After a heated back and forth I finally left with my equipment. A PORTION of the additional charge was refunded to me a week later. If you value professionalism and customer courtesy then AVOID THIS LOCATION IN LAGRANGE GA. I'LL NEVER GO BACK.

Most of our furniture is ruined from mold, as well as books, pillows and a nice mattress and box spring. Also, we had been trying to gain access to our unit for months but were unable to because they had jack-hammered all of the concrete from in front of my building and it was a big mud-pit. What was supposed to be a two-week project was at 4 months when we moved out. They focused on "potential customers" by pouring a HUGE concrete pad for new climate-controlled storage, but could care less about their current customers who couldn't gain access to their units because there was no concrete to drive/walk on and the drainage was non-existent so it was quite muddy. I had requested that they give us access by building some sort of ramp, but they didn't do ANYTHING until we finally stated that we were moving out and we better have access to our unit to be able to do so. The poor lady at the desk was SO kind, but was told that she could not give out the names or numbers of those above her.

An excellent facility. Top ratings…read more For six months I kept my 2013 F350 truck parked under one of their carports, along with a truck camper and my motorcycle. The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Office folks couldn't be nicer, and always answer their phone.

I rented a unit on the 22nd of last month and ended up not needing it and they would not refund my money to me. They cut off my gate code and rented my unit I paid in full for to someone else. The motion detector on the gate doesn't even work half the time and you have to get out of your car to wipe off the sensor so the gate will open. Nothing is digital and leasing paperwork is hand written, very poor managed and unprofessional. I can't believe in times like we are in they would keep your money and nothing you could do about it.
