He gave me his card and told me to call if I needed any help. Imagine my suprise when A Lagrange towing was sent out by my insurance to tow my van! Tim towed my van to their shop and I knew it would be safe and taken care of. When I called their office to find out how I could get some things out of the van, the ladies in the office were kind and professional. When I went to their shop EVERYONE went out of their way to help me and made sure I knew what to expect during the process. (I believe one sweet lady in the office is named Dana? She rocks!)
