They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services aren't the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.
