Sent me to Firestone for the warranty, who, of course, wouldn't honor it because we bought the tires from Lee's Crossing. Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires. They took my car in immediately, checked the starter/ignition & battery & determined I only needed a new battery. I was in & out in less than an hour... reasonable pricing. -1* only as they didn't reprogram my radio... it was flashing asking for a code... fortunately, I wasn't far, drove back & they reprogrammed the radio/CD player. For $300... I shouldn't have had to return for basic service. 3.5-4* out of 5. -1* for the inattentiveness of the mechanic, who didn't reprogram the radio/CD player. For me, they offered decent service. I'd stop by again if ever in the area.

I price compare when purchasing ANYTHING! I've always worked hard for my money as it unfortunately does not grow on trees. When I first moved here I called around to compare prices and found that Darda Tire had the best price. The 2nd time I needed tires, I again called around checking prices. I figured it may have just been a coincidence that Darda Tire had the best pricing the first time. That was not the case. Once again, they had the best pricing in town. From that moment on, I knew that in the future I never had to call around for tire pricing because they had just made my wife and I lifetime customers. Just as another reviewer stated, they are honest and have integrity! You do not have to worry about them trying to sell you something that you do not need. They have suggested things to me in the past and shown me exactly what they were talking about. I was able to see the issue with my own eyes prompting me to have Darda Tire fix the issue. But not once have they suggested anything that was not needed. Darda Tire is always honest and transparent with no BS.
