Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires. They have always taken good care of all my vehicles and if something isn't right, they make it right. They recommended the NitroFill Membership which turned out to be a huge blessing. He hit something in the road one afternoon and made it to their shop on his way to get my granddaughter. He was concerned about the oil pan. They stopped checked his car did a repair and got him on his way and never charged him a dime. They had no idea the young man was even my son. I'll be forever grateful for the good people they are. Add to this he's definitely one of the best mechanics you'll find anywhere around.

They also seemed to have a lot of trouble changing my cars oil for some reason. They did change it for free because they messed up somehow, but messing up 2x was enough for me, I get my oil changed else where now. So good for buying a car, bad for any maintenance needed.
