Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires. They have always taken good care of all my vehicles and if something isn't right, they make it right. They recommended the NitroFill Membership which turned out to be a huge blessing. Auburn Tire helped me with patching my tire and then when that didn't fix the leak (because a cut…read moreon the side of the tire), they replaced my tire in less than an hour! But, after they replaced my tire they told me I should also replace all my break pads and my rotors... not a cheap fix. I decided to wait and ended up taking it to a place in Phenix City near where I work instead. He told me my rotors are COMPLETELY FINE and do NOT need to be replaced. He told me all I needed was new break pads on the front and an oil change... which cost less than half of what Auburn Tire had tried to charge me. Suggest getting a second opinion after looking into Auburn Tire.

The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.

I went to the parts house to get a new drain plug and they told me "you must have been at Walmart and got an oil change, we see it all the time" Walmart refused to pay for the repairs.
