Sent me to Firestone for the warranty, who, of course, wouldn't honor it because we bought the tires from Lee's Crossing. Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires. Anyways, go elsewhere.

They have always taken good care of all my vehicles and if something isn't right, they make it right. They recommended the NitroFill Membership which turned out to be a huge blessing. On two separate occasions when I punctured a tire, the membership replaced my tires. I think it is important to support local businesses, and I am pleased Lee's is here in LaGrange.

AT advised they were metal on metal and replacing would cost approximately $1200. The brakes only had around 19,000 miles on them at the time. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a young girl. Declined the brake service and had brakes inspected at another shop, which brakes had plenty of brake pad left. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.
