I gave the owner a chance to write if I didn't get by telling him everything that happened and sending him screenshots of every bit of it and he told me there was nothing he could do. I was traveling through the area and had an accident on I-85. He gave me his card and told me to call if I needed any help. Imagine my suprise when A Lagrange towing was sent out by my insurance to tow my van! Tim towed my van to their shop and I knew it would be safe and taken care of. When I called their office to find out how I could get some things out of the van, the ladies in the office were kind and professional. When I went to their shop EVERYONE went out of their way to help me and made sure I knew what to expect during the process. (I believe one sweet lady in the office is named Dana? She rocks!)
