I initially spoke to Mike, the owner, when I called to make the appointment; mind you, it was a last minute request, I needed the carpet cleaned no later than the next day. Frank arrived ten minutes early, to me it's a plus, he assessed the carpet and gave me the quote before he even started. I also requested for Scotchgard for the carpet and tile cleaning for my kitchen. Boy did he do an excellent job, he dedicated almost three hours to cleaning five rooms and stairs plus the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this company, it's a shame that there isn't much advertising for it.
