I initially spoke to Mike, the owner, when I called to make the appointment; mind you, it was a last minute request, I needed the carpet cleaned no later than the next day. Mike was very helpful and understanding, he schedule me for that same day in the afternoon but unfortunately his employee got sick so we rescheduled for the next morning. Frank, the employee, called before hand to confirm the address and to let us know that he was on his way. Frank arrived ten minutes early, to me it's a plus, he assessed the carpet and gave me the quote before he even started. I also requested for Scotchgard for the carpet and tile cleaning for my kitchen. Boy did he do an excellent job, he dedicated almost three hours to cleaning five rooms and stairs plus the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this company, it's a shame that there isn't much advertising for it.
