It was there sitting on their rental floor in inventory. Was told that it was rented to someone else. The rep named David had told me by phone earlier in the week to come get it on Friday and it would be ready and I could have it over the weekend. When I arrived the female manager (Short blonde) don't know her name but listed as Jerrica Daniel, proceeded to tell me they would have to search and find one for me when it was sitting right there. Asked me if I could come back a week later. I had already arranged for the agreement with them through David who never asked me for any deposit. She then proceeded to charge me for a weeks rental instead of the one day. Told me that I would have to go to my bank and get them to straighten it out. TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO FIX IX WHEN THEY POSTED THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME. A REAL KAREN! I refused to deal with her after see got very ugly and offensive. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS MANAGING ANYONE. DOES NOT LISTEN OR CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. After a heated back and forth I finally left with my equipment. A PORTION of the additional charge was refunded to me a week later. If you value professionalism and customer courtesy then AVOID THIS LOCATION IN LAGRANGE GA. I'LL NEVER GO BACK.

An excellent facility. Top ratings…read more For six months I kept my 2013 F350 truck parked under one of their carports, along with a truck camper and my motorcycle. The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Office folks couldn't be nicer, and always answer their phone.
