The billing process was unclear as I was charged for a month that I was unaware of. They put me on an automatic billing cycle and the statement they sent to me went to my junk email. I found out about being billed by checking my credit card statements. As I was billed on the 1st of September, I vacated on the 4th and they would not give me any sort of reimbursement. Therefore, I was blindsided by this bill and it is bad ethics for them to charge me for the entire month as other storage units reimbursed my peers for a similar predicament
