I had a larger area rug in my primary bedroom that had myriad pet stains and dust, and I needed an expert hand. the Sharian team showed up on time and ready to help move/shift my furniture to be able to haul the rug away. a few months later and BOOM: beautiful like-new rug that'll last another 10 years, minimum. I've used other services before and literally nothing is comparable. one of the best-run companies in the Metro, bar none.

I invite you to come to my residence and see both of my rugs from home decorators collection. They were purchased at the same time and laid on my lower floor simultaneously. Following a flood in my house I sent one rug to Benedict for cleaning & the other rug I did myself with resolve. I am including pictures that my plumber can verify. Your lengthy rebuttal is no surprise. Trish was pretentious & treated me with extreme distrust (my credit score is consistently in the mid 800's). I have had a long career in perianaesthesia & am familiar with customer relations. It's easier to whitewash your business than to come back with an earnest attempt to learn from or correct the complaint. My review was put up so that other people might consider if you are the best company for them. I have never in my life been asked to pay for someone just to SCHEDULE a pick up & delivery. This is inherently part of Customer Service, and, if you must charge, embody it into your rug quote. Interactions with this company showed a reluctance to give or in any form be gracious. That simple gesture makes the difference between a client feeling valued or not. Further, I have owned many many good rugs, and I have never been asked to pay a fee for blocking. Cleaning the rug, and returning it into its original rectangular shape, is part of the service in from La Jolla to Albuquerque. I should also say that that "additional charge, was never even brought up in the conversation. I do not believe, in any way, that you can correct the effect of your cleaning, but I also believe in free speech. People need to be informed about the failures of companies as well as their achievements.

Price seemed fair and they were super accommodating with allowing us to take rugs home to try (they even picked it up). Also due to some furniture issues, we asked them to store a rug for a while and they did so without complaint. Highly recommend!
