He is very straightforward and thorough in his work. He is able to provide honest and reliable opinions of the work that needs to be done to get the job done correctly. He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price. I really wish we had found All Task Pro when we were doing all of the remodeling when we first bought the house. Because we didn't find All Task Pro until the end of our time in Alpharetta, I want to spread the word about the great work that they do! Thanks again Alan!!

Victor exudes excellent customer service which is important especially when working with a contractor for a long period of time. He communicates well and will let you know if there is a material delay or anything else that can happen when performing home improvement projects. He's honest and there are no hidden costs. He replaced my picture window which had a leak but once he Victorized it I never had any problems no matter how hard it rains. He also repaired and replaced window screens and blinds. I have already referred them to other people. I highly recommend them.

Please get an estimate in writing if you hire Victor from New Concepts Construction. I made a very…read moreexpensive mistake hiring Victor, the owner of the company. He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.

We had been having pressure problems and are on well water. Without going into a long story,…read morealthough our tank itself was holding pressure, my partner was convinced by this company (I was not present) to replace the tank. Although I was happy that they took care of the piping etc outside of the tank which was not in the best shape, ultimately $900 later this did not solve our pressure problem at all. I reached out to them via text with a message saying as much and telling them I had questions and would they please call me as soon as they could. They never did ... I would have let it go ... but today I came home to no water. Bottom line is that this company communicated with us in such a way as to make us believe that we absolutely needed a new tank and that was not the case. On top of it all they messed with outdoor faucet we knew was leaking but could at least cap it and use it, to the point where it is not functional at all ... another expensive total fix bc it's not removable from the outside. This company will have ended up creating a situation where they cost us more money than is necessary.

Everything looks great so far! I'll update my review once we get some rain to see how everything holds up.

Craig came to my house and measured more thoroughly than anyone else that came. He provided mock ups of what he was going to do and what it would look like, which no one else did. He also provided recommendations as this was my first time doing a project of this kind and I was trying to handle both this and my wife's pregnancy at the same time. When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours. These are big cabinets and spaces to maneuver in and things look great. Of all the vendors I looked at, none were more organized, thorough, or helpful as Craig in listening to what we liked and getting back to us in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great service, great quality, and a fair price!
