We had been having pressure problems and are on well water. Without going into a long story, although our tank itself was holding pressure, my partner was convinced by this company (I was not present) to replace the tank. Although I was happy that they took care of the piping etc outside of the tank which was not in the best shape, ultimately $900 later this did not solve our pressure problem at all. I reached out to them via text with a message saying as much and telling them I had questions and would they please call me as soon as they could. They never did ... I would have let it go ... but today I came home to no water. Bottom line is that this company communicated with us in such a way as to make us believe that we absolutely needed a new tank and that was not the case. On top of it all they messed with outdoor faucet we knew was leaking but could at least cap it and use it, to the point where it is not functional at all ... another expensive total fix bc it's not removable from the outside. This company will have ended up creating a situation where they cost us more money than is necessary. read more

My water went out on Sunday, I called Well Worth It on Monday morning and they called back in 20 minutes. Arrived just after lunch, replaced the pump, tank, pressure switch and control box in three hours and we are back with water.
