Vinson and his crew did a phenomenal job in replacing my 28-year old a/c system and ducts.

My mother contacted Air Force Heating and Air on Thursday, August 21st to inquire about repairs on…read morethe home's central air conditioning unit. Friday, August 22nd, Technician Ben was dispatched to diagnose the issue and complete the repair. The technician stated that the air conditioner's motor needed to be replaced. Sounded easy. Friday evening, after the installation of the new motor, the air conditioner stopped working. My mother contacted their office again concerning the air conditioning unit, referencing the earlier repair. Technician David was dispatched on Saturday, August 23rd to diagnose the problem. After analyzing the unit's contents and diagnosing the problems, Technician David stated that he could bring and install window units on Sunday, Aug 24th, while waiting on the parts to complete a second repair. A verbal agreement was reached confirming that David would return on Sunday morning between 8 and 10am to install window units. Technician David did not show at the agreed time on Sunday August 24th for the window unit installations and neither the Air Force Heating and Air office staff nor the technician contacted my mom for any explanation or update. My mother called the company office at approximately 11:30 to inquire about the window units and was informed that there were no window units available in their warehouse and a technician would be dispatched to the home on Monday, August 25th after window units could be secured. The weather in the area ranged from 85-87 degrees between Friday August 22nd and Sunday August 24th making it unreasonably warm in the home. Due to the heat, the residents were forced to leave the home and stay in a hotel room for comfort until the unit could be repaired. Upon speaking with my mother about the issue, I called Air Force Heating and Air to ask for pictures or documentation of the issues warranting a second repair. I received an invoice documenting the problems and the suggested repairs. Per Technician David's assessment and as documented on the invoice I received, his diagnosis stated the following: "the set screw was on the bottom of the system... two bolts holding up the motor had broken... fan blade bent in multiple places... copper had been sliced into by the fan blade... need to replace the fan blade, motor and copper then refill the system." Due to the poorly executed motor installation on Friday Aug 22nd and no show/lack of timely communication from Air Force Heating and Air on Sunday, August 24th, my mom had to use a different company for repair of the air conditioning unit. This string of events has eroded trust and confidence in the quality of service and professionalism of Air Force Heating and Air. We emailed the company on Aug 24th and were promised a call concerning a refund of the $762 spent and the hotel fee incurred. We were promised a call back. To date, no response. I don't believe that it's unreasonable to think anyone would view this time line as anything other than utterly unprofessional and neglectful. I would not recommend Air Force Heating and Air to anyone looking for quality or professional customer service.

Buyer Beware - Avoid Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air demands a warning to others. A few weeks ago, they serviced my HVAC system and charged me over $800 to "recharge the refrigerant" and perform related maintenance. Not only was the price excessive, but when I went to use the system shortly afterward, it wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times seeking support--no call back, no follow-up, nothing. Out of frustration, I finally had to call Jackson Services to diagnose the issue. The technician found that the system had been grossly overcharged with refrigerant, which caused dangerously high pressure levels and risked damaging the TXV valve--a critical and expensive component of the system. Jackson had to remove the excess refrigerant just to get it functioning properly again. This isn't just bad service--it's negligent and costly. Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air either don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do it right--neither of which is acceptable when dealing with expensive home systems. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Do not use these people.

I had a terrible experience with a WEBB's technician at my home today. My wife was there to meet…read morehim while I was at work, and from the moment he arrived, she felt uneasy. He was unprofessional and rude, scrutinizing our home and questioning her about the AC issue in a condescending manner, despite the fact that I had already explained the situation over the phone. When my wife asked him to wear shoe covers before stepping on the carpet, he reluctantly complied but made it clear he was annoyed. After inspecting the unit, he tried to charge us an additional $85, claiming it was for a new issue, even though we had already paid for a visit last week, which, by the way, was conducted by a polite experienced professional, which I expected would return, otherwise I would be home to meet a new person. My wife pointed out that the AC was still not working properly since before we called them the first time, meaning the original problem hadn't been resolved, but he insisted on payment without even trying to explain the issue. When she called me to discuss it, the technician rudely interrupted our conversation, insisting on the charge and refusing to call his supervisor to clarify. I had to tell him to leave my house and suggested to wait outside until I return home or talk to warranty co or his management, and he stormed out, sarcastically wishing us to "enjoy the heat and not working AC, inconsiderate privileged" and slamming the garage door. To top it off, when my wife said he shouldn't have done it, he threw another insult, calling me an a*hole as he left. I called their office and Katie was not helpful either. This was a highly unprofessional and unsettling experience. I'm now concerned about the safety of my family, especially since this technician knows our address. I would not recommend WEBB's services to anyone. They also reported to home warranty company, that the AC is ok, but the problem is in the wiring, 210 sent us electricians, so we had to pay to the electrical company the next day. Those two nice fellows checked everything, confirming the power was supplied, and even went a step further, checking inside the unit, where they found that the problem was within the AC, all sending us back to square one, and the second week without AC, at 90 degrees inside the house with three little kids. We looked them up online, Webb's Heating and Air LLC has a lot of bad reviews all over internet in multiple sources, we are not the only victims of their unprofessionalism. In my 50+ years of life with over 30 years of hard work in the military and retail management I've only seen that in individual soldiers or customers, but rarely in customer service business. 1st Sergeant, Retired Store Manager, Current
