When I called Jackson about our desire to buy a new system, the office person (Allison) was understanding and informative. She set an appointment for Ron to come a couple days later. The next week the installation was done. Employees showed up courteous and professional. We have been more than satisfied with each contact we have had with them. We required some extra modifications and they handled it for us. I highly recommend Jackson. They brought the whole package, warranty and professionalism. Jackson installed my system a few years ago and I thought they did a stand up job at a great price so I knew I'd come back if I had any issues. After a diagnosis and a part order from my service tech he managed to get in a wreck sp they sent out a new guy and boy I am glad they did. Turns out it wasn't the part they ordered and I needed a new compressor. Seth was a Rockstar at bot only getting me set straight but explaining and educating me on what was needed. He ordered the part ans knowing it was going to be a long hot weekend came back on a Saturday to keep me cool. Seth and Isaiah were Rockstar on a hot day. I had a challenging problem with my heat pump flipping back and forth between heat and auxiliary heat every 3-4 minutes. Steven Nobles, a senior technician at Jackson Services came out and did a thorough inspection of our heat pump and air handler. He discovered a very small freon leak and refilled our system just in time for the really cold weather to move in. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and capable. He answered all of my questions, was extremely professional and pleasant. Last week when it got really cold and our unit was not working, I called Jackson Services and they told me a technician would come out that day and he would call before he came. The repair required a replacement part but Jacob set the thermostat to where the AC would world until he could install the replacement part. Moved in to our home less than two years ago and updated the unit at that time. Recently the drain became clogged and the unit turned off.
