I called them and they assured me they would come and take a look at things when they were in my area again. In my area again???? I have been waiting almost EIGHT weeks and there has been no visit from them. Presley texted me a few times to say they haven't forgotten about me, the last time being almost three weeks ago. He did get me some hot water but tell me what happened to the cold water......only had hot water. Had to call him back out and he did correct the water but couldn't tell me why he didn't replace the whole knob area just stated that the new cheap knob that I was charged 50 dollars for was going to continue turning all around, no stop point.....well you have to find the stop point because it needed the whole piece replaced.
