The cameras were never installed, the roof/ceiling work was never finished, the walls were painted without being properly sanded and prepared beforehand, and the cabinet was never stained as discussed. There were also several repairs I was told would be addressed that ultimately were not completed. The project also experienced multiple delays. When I followed up about the delays and lack of progress, I was told that staffing issues and not having enough workers were contributing to the problem. Regardless of the reason, the project took significantly longer than expected while several items still remained unfinished. My biggest concerns were the quality, reliability, and completeness of the work. After paying a substantial amount of money, I ultimately had to hire another handyman to redo portions of the work and complete items that Frodos left unfinished, resulting in additional expense, time, and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company get every item and completion date documented in writing, inspect the work carefully throughout the project, and do not make final payment and never pay through Zelle until every agreed-upon item has been completed and inspected.

Afterwards, the technicians did a poor job cleaning up, failing to at least reattach the hose used to gauge the incoming pressure, a small detail, but goes to attention to detail or lack thereof. And while I did not expect any landscaping work, the attached photo shows the haphazard work done to my lawn. Last, I was never told what is the current incoming pressure and not sure if there are any leaks occurring underground at the installation points and will not know unless I did up the work myself.

Not to mention this is the first company I've seen come work in these conditions with no shoe-booties, gloves, and dealing with sewage water carrying old dripping parts through the house until I provided him a bag.
