It literally took a $50 auger and one minute of their time it's not brain surgery it's plumbing. Licking back, I should have just gone out and bought the $50 auger myself which we did after they left Feeling completely foolish for using this company they are very nice to talk to you but somehow I think there is a sliding scale here and when they walk into a house that looks very presentable and clean the rate looking back at it was outrageous It would like seeing a doctor, and I feel like I saw the proctologist. We called some other plumber after they left and they did not have $160 fee to " diagnose" the clogged toilet Lesson learned, the work literally took five minutes or less to complete
