Whilst removing the pipe that needed repairing, somehow they dropped something called a nipple into the water heater and NOW it HAD to be replaced.. I was in shock over the price.. the heater itself was $400..but the labor was $2000 ..after THEY damaged it!Thats $500 and hour!!! Once they began the work I had NO chance of comparing prices or getting quotes to compare so had no choice but to pay up! I have since then found out that I was overcharged by almost $1000...I asked that he refund me the difference but he did not seem interested so Im posting this review..do your research is all I can say.

Then I called called Gary and he met with us the next evening. We have a 40 yr 2 story old crawl space home. The AC was 20 yrs old and even with an additional portable AC unit on the 2nd floor was still too hot. Gary did a thorough evaluation to calculate proper sizing and identified a design issue with the downstairs main trunk which was robbing cool air intended for upstairs. He fabricated a new trunk and replaced most of the other downstairs duct work which was in rough shape after 40 years on the dirt floor crawl space. All ductwork is now suspended neatly within the encapsulated crawl space. He did a perfect job of setting the outdoor unit as well which runs quiet and smoothe. Also love the ECOBEE WiFi thermostat and air ionizer. So 4 months later now and 95 deg outside with a perfectly cool comfortable home and great sleep. Gary did an awesome install for 50% below my other bids. Even better though is that he is kind, polite, hardworking, honest and reliable. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed.

A few weeks ago, they serviced my HVAC system and charged me over $800 to "recharge the refrigerant" and perform related maintenance. Not only was the price excessive, but when I went to use the system shortly afterward, it wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times seeking support--no call back, no follow-up, nothing. Out of frustration, I finally had to call Jackson Services to diagnose the issue. The technician found that the system had been grossly overcharged with refrigerant, which caused dangerously high pressure levels and risked damaging the TXV valve--a critical and expensive component of the system. Jackson had to remove the excess refrigerant just to get it functioning properly again. This isn't just bad service--it's negligent and costly. Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air either don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do it right--neither of which is acceptable when dealing with expensive home systems. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Do not use these people.

He was unprofessional and rude, scrutinizing our home and questioning her about the AC issue in a condescending manner, despite the fact that I had already explained the situation over the phone. When my wife asked him to wear shoe covers before stepping on the carpet, he reluctantly complied but made it clear he was annoyed. After inspecting the unit, he tried to charge us an additional $85, claiming it was for a new issue, even though we had already paid for a visit last week, which, by the way, was conducted by a polite experienced professional, which I expected would return, otherwise I would be home to meet a new person. My wife pointed out that the AC was still not working properly since before we called them the first time, meaning the original problem hadn't been resolved, but he insisted on payment without even trying to explain the issue. When she called me to discuss it, the technician rudely interrupted our conversation, insisting on the charge and refusing to call his supervisor to clarify. I had to tell him to leave my house and suggested to wait outside until I return home or talk to warranty co or his management, and he stormed out, sarcastically wishing us to "enjoy the heat and not working AC, inconsiderate privileged" and slamming the garage door. To top it off, when my wife said he shouldn't have done it, he threw another insult, calling me an a*hole as he left. I called their office and Katie was not helpful either. This was a highly unprofessional and unsettling experience. I'm now concerned about the safety of my family, especially since this technician knows our address. They also reported to home warranty company, that the AC is ok, but the problem is in the wiring, 210 sent us electricians, so we had to pay to the electrical company the next day. Those two nice fellows checked everything, confirming the power was supplied, and even went a step further, checking inside the unit, where they found that the problem was within the AC, all sending us back to square one, and the second week without AC, at 90 degrees inside the house with three little kids. We looked them up online, Webb's Heating and Air LLC has a lot of bad reviews all over internet in multiple sources, we are not the only victims of their unprofessionalism. The guy from All Star came out for a consultation, and when he found out he needed more equipment to do the job, he serviced our other heat pump since he was already out there. He came back the following week with a camera that he snaked along the roofline to find the leak so he didn't tear up too much drywall. Once he found it, he repaired the pipe and did multiple leak checks before pressurizing the system again. The company used a local drywall contractor to do the ceiling repair and they did a really crappy job. All they did was put the new sheet up, without properly taping, puttying and sanding. The next day we called All Star to tell them they shouldn't use that contractor anymore, and to our surprise they offered us a refund on the drywall portion of our estimate. All in all, they did a great job, they were thorough, quick, and fair. Would definitely recommend!

I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did…read morenot drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We're very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.
