The guy from All Star came out for a consultation, and when he found out he needed more equipment to do the job, he serviced our other heat pump since he was already out there. He came back the following week with a camera that he snaked along the roofline to find the leak so he didn't tear up too much drywall. Once he found it, he repaired the pipe and did multiple leak checks before pressurizing the system again. The company used a local drywall contractor to do the ceiling repair and they did a really crappy job. All they did was put the new sheet up, without properly taping, puttying and sanding. The next day we called All Star to tell them they shouldn't use that contractor anymore, and to our surprise they offered us a refund on the drywall portion of our estimate. All in all, they did a great job, they were thorough, quick, and fair. Would definitely recommend!

I figured that my heat would not be restored until after christmas, but Webb's went out of their way to not only pick up the parts on the 22nd, but squeezed me in on the 23rd and did the necessary repairs to restore my heat before christmas. Buyer Beware - Avoid Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air demands a warning to others. A few weeks ago, they serviced my HVAC system and charged me over $800 to "recharge the refrigerant" and perform related maintenance. Not only was the price excessive, but when I went to use the system shortly afterward, it wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times seeking support--no call back, no follow-up, nothing. Out of frustration, I finally had to call Jackson Services to diagnose the issue. The technician found that the system had been grossly overcharged with refrigerant, which caused dangerously high pressure levels and risked damaging the TXV valve--a critical and expensive component of the system. Jackson had to remove the excess refrigerant just to get it functioning properly again. This isn't just bad service--it's negligent and costly. Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air either don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do it right--neither of which is acceptable when dealing with expensive home systems. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Do not use these people.
