He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price. Short story is Chris rearranged his day to come look at the problem, had a team there a few hours later, handled the permit, inspection, and power company for us, and power was restored within 24 hours of the problem at a cost lower than we expected. Amazing. Called them back for a bunch of work on two houses and the price was so affordable I was confused and thought it was just for the first house.
