Not only did she OVER price the job, she didn't even bother to ask me questions regarding the job. When I asked her about it, she was simply rude, and instantly got defensive. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She told me that he was out of the office and would contact me when he got back. 2 DAYS LATER, I get a return call from a Tony Holt. I explained to him the situation and his is exact words were "you have to excuse her, she doesn't know very much about construction". After that was discussed, I told him about my project that needed to be done. I am a carpenter, and have been for 25 years. I got injured and can no longer perform task around my home and this is the ONLY reason why I called this company. He first tried to explain to me about how I was WRONG on what needed to be done, and tried to give me his sales pitch of spending $2500 more dollars than I needed to. I was even willing to pay the extra cost of a 2nd technician just to get the job done quickly. But after being told that I basically didn't know what I was talking about, I decided to go with another local company that have very excellent customer service.

He is very straightforward and thorough in his work. He is able to provide honest and reliable opinions of the work that needs to be done to get the job done correctly. He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price.
