Quoted $300 for a 1 1/2 story for a deep clean. She asked for more money so I paid $350. She advertises $10 more if she needs more time but that was never offered to me after taking the $350 and needing more time. I came home during the cleaning to grab something and she wasn't even there. She had left to buy cleaner but when confronted about that she couldn't comprehend how her absence left me with less cleaning time and she should have made up for the time missed if she's putting a time limit on her cleanings. When I got home and checked the work she had missed half the baseboards and blinds and so many things weren't even touched. Didn't take out kitchen trash and definitely missed things that even a basic clean should have included. I did wait a few weeks before complaining which was stupid on my end but it continued to bother me and I wanted to only simply let her know and didn't ask for her to come back or request anything from her. She went off about contacting her after hours and didn't handle it professionally.
