Thank you so much for coming and cleaning our home. Every two weeks, beds and freshly made with clean sheets, bathrooms are scrubbed and the entire house is cleaned. Apparently these folks have a policy of requiring 48 hours notice to reschedule. Turns out the 48 hours has to be work days so if you test positive for Covid on Friday and perhaps Thursday as well, you cannot reschedule. I don't even want to rate them 1 star. I've booked online for deep clean before they start recurring cleaning service. Three cleaning ladies came and they blocked the indoor security camera with their purse while they were cleaning 2nd floor. They didn't clean windows and blinds. They didn't block security camera in the kitchen. They only did spraying degreaser on the countertops and clean cabinet doors. I didn't pay $676 for wiping the countertops, moping floors and cleaning bathrooms. They scrubbed the shower head in the master bathroom and got damaged. So disappointed. I've contacted and they said it is sheetrock dust on my windows and needs several cleanings. Doesn't make sense at all because I saw dust on the all windows and blinds a hour after they cleaned. Never recommend to anyone. read more

I hired 2 maids and a mop to clean an already pretty clean efficiency apt. One bathroom only. Under 500 sq feet. There were two individuals that came to clean. I was not present for the cleaning as it was during work hours. The unit had a tenant in it for just a few weeks, and the tenant left it very clean. She even laundered all the linens before she left. I paid for the 2 hours of service that is called Design with Time. I thought it was perfect because they could see what she didn't get done and leave me with a very shiny place. I called the office the day before to give them the door code, so that they could get in. The girls cleaning also called me to see if I wanted to keep the drinks left in the fridge. During neither of these calls was I asked what special I needed done. I wrongly assumed they were the cleaning experts and would get the small things the tenant didn't do. The only floor that needed to be cleaned was the kitchen, and they did not do it. How is a kitchen floor ever not part of a cleaning? The barstools were dusty, the window sills very dusty, garbage can needed to be wiped down as well as the kitchen sink needed to be cleaned. I paid $217 and a $30 tip to basically have the beds made up. I should have paid the tenant, that did the bulk of the work, that money. I can understand that not every day is a good day with workers, so I called the office and spoke with the Assistant manager to see if she would address the issue. She treated me the whole time like I was trying to get my money back, which I never brought up. She was quick to tell me I did wrong by not leaving a detailed list of what I wanted. I told her I thought I was paying for 2 hours of cleaning the things that needed attention. A professional cleaner should see these things. There was maybe 20 minutes worth of work done with 2 people. I really just wanted the manager to know about it. She just kept insisting that they did 2 hours worth of work and there was no refunds (which I was not asking for), and it was lack of leaving a list (which I was never told to do) that was the problem. She did offer then to come back for a 30 minute session, where I guess I would have to take time off work to stand over them to make sure they see the things I see. No thank you- for $125 hour, they need to be the professionals they claim to be. Way too much money for poor service and lack of concern from management. read more

I purchased the move in package hoping for a good deep clean before my roommates and I could move all of our stuff in our house. After the cleaning service came we found several issues with the cleaning service such as the oven tray had not even been opened because there were crumbs everywhere in it, the cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all, the washer and dryer was covered in dust on the inside and there was stuff left all over the floor. This was all including in the move in package and for 500+ dollars this cleaning job was embarrassing. We asked for them to come back to clean these things that were included in our package and an advisor showed up with three cleaners. The advisor was rude when I told them the areas that were not cleaned from the last visit. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone, you are better off taking a whole day to clean yourself! read more

My husband & I purchased this house and thought that by paying a cleaning service it would help since I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO TEND TO! BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I paid $400 for a deep cleaning or as they SAY MOVE IN MOVE OUT! ... I ended up cleaning EVERYTHING they did NOT!! the stove was left as disgusting as when then sellers left it!! she sprayed some horrible toxic spray then left it there!! it was left all sticky!! same with the stovetop, she wasn't concentrated in what she was doing because she was in another world with her earphones on listening to her music. The cupboards were still as dirty, and there was dust left on the top shelves !! The baseboards were left as dirty as how the sellers left the house. I found one of them girls using MY CLEANING SPRAY & when I asked "where's my spray"?, she came back saying she couldn't get some spots out of the bathtub! they should NOT ONLY know how to clean they should be better equipped!! When I called the office and spoke to someone there her CHEAP LAME excuse was that they can only clean the sides of the oven and can only clean within reach of 1 step on the step ladder. Then at the end she mopped the floor and left it WET!! HOW DIFFICULT is it to clean a HOUSE WITH NO FURNITURE!! The office mgr came to my house and AFTER SNOOPING AROUND, SHE SAID THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS AT ALL! and that the girls get paid based on the reviews SO THIS MEANS THAT THE company GETS TO KEEP THE FULL AMOUNT!! If you want someone to do a slight dusting, empty your trash and use your bathroom while listening to music on their earphones while counting the hours, & minutes to leave, then these are meant for you! They will leave YOUR HOUSE AS DIRTY AS CAN BE SO YOU CAN KEEP CALLING THEM BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. YES THEY PROVIDE A MEDIOCRE JOB! I'm giving them a 1 because there's no option for a 0. I am typically not one to write reviews, but I wish someone would've wrote one before I hired the service. Every time I've been on the phone with this company they have been blatantly rude even in times where I was inquiring about the service. When I canceled the service they were extremely unprofessional and the first time I tried to cancel they didn't even answer the phone. When they came to clean they were before the time scheduled which was fine, but for some people, you set a time you expect them to be there at that time. I hired them for a deep clean, and we're going to hire them for further reoccurring cleanings, and the deep clean was not up to standard. They have a list of what they will do during the deep clean and a lot of that was not done . The cleaners them selves were very nice, but they just did not do the job assigned. The office, however, is extremely rude every single time I have ever interacted with them. I have dealt with many cleaning services and many housekeepers over the years and never have I experience some thing that's unprofessional. not to mention when I hired for the reoccurring cleaning they called and said that they needed to do a deep clean I said that was fine, and I understood they did not inform me about the price increase of the deep clean. First of all, I scheduled my cleaning for 2-5pm. I received a text message the day before stating that they would arrive at 1pm. They showed up at 10:30am. After explaining that my clean was not scheduled for hours, they left and went to another clean and arrived back at about 11:50am-12pm. I paid $307 including a tip for a move-out clean. My floors were SPARINGLY mopped, and shelving and cabinets were not cleaned. My desk, nightstand, and dresser were not cleaned at all. My bathtub had cleaning residue all in it along with a dirty rag that they left. My blind strings were also broken by the cleaners. My baseboards were not cleaned. My fridge was not cleaned either (all of these are included in the service). I submitted photos to the office and made several phone calls. They did not go back and re-clean or give any type of refund. My final call with the office consisted of one of the workers stating that she was "too busy, had other things to do, and did not have time to talk to me." I stated that she was acting unprofessionally and she said "I'm not going to argue with you" and hung up. Extremely unprofessional service and poor cleaning. DO NOT be like me and spend over $300 for a cleaning that you will just have to redo. They stated that the cleaners spent 3.1 hours cleaning. They would not tell me the time in and time outs because she said it "didn't matter" (probably because I know what time they started cleaning). Essentially my kitchen/bathroom counters were wiped down, bathroom/common area mopped (sparingly), toilet cleaned, and my bedroom carpet vacuumed all for $307 and supposedly 3.1 hours of work. I received no apology or any signs of remorse from the office. This is not the way to conduct cleaning services or customer service. read more

i had surgery on my arm and needed someone to come and do a good cleaning in my bathrooms and my floors. all they did wiped everything. they did not clean a outside the toilet bowls or behind the faced on the counters. I also hired for three hours but they left 35 min early. the manager was very hard to work with about my complains read more

My mom had hired this company to do a "move out" cleaning of my apartment, the furniture was all moved out and the apartment needed a fairly deep clean before it was inspected. We went back to check everything out almost 4 days after the service came through, and found my thermostat (that I had previously turned off since no one was living there) was running and had been running 24/7 on 65 degrees, and my bedroom fan was still running. So now we will be paying the electric bill for those almost 4 days where my air conditioner had been left to run on a very high setting. Opened the closet with the water heater and there was still dog hair all around the floor, the oven had not been cleaned out, there were flecks of dirt in the bathtub that were not there when I moved out, and nothing around the washer/dryers had been cleaned out. We also went through and re-mopped the floors, and there was dirt coming up on the mopping pads as if the floors had barely been touched. When we sent the photos to the manager, she called my mother back to argue with her that the apartment was very dirty and that they don't touch water heaters. Apparently sweeping up the floor around the water heater is considered messing with it? This also does not explain the dirty oven, the dirt in the tub that was not there before, and the utilities that had been turned on and left on high for days. All she did was half heartedly offer to come help my mom clean (we had already cleaned up after them so we declined), and no apologies or attempts to reconcile for these other issues were made. She literally only called my mom back to argue with her. $200 later for an hour cleaning of a 450 sq foot apartment, and we had to go spend another hour cleaning up all the stuff they left behind. If you don't leave your apartment spotless, which defeats the entire purpose of having a cleaning service come in (I'm not talking leaving it absolutely filthy and covered in trash, but needing reasonable deep cleaning after living there for 2 years), then don't even bother hiring this service. If you have any complaints or concerns you'll be argued with and no attempts to reconcile or partially reimburse will be made. Seriously, this service is very overpriced for the service you receive. Hopefully you'll find better cleaners elsewhere. Very unprofessional. read more

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a move in clean approx 1 month out. The appointment was on a Saturday and I said it would have to be 12:30 or after because the apartment complex would not allow access to the apartment until after noon. She made the appointment for 12:30. I called this week to verify the appointment and I was told that it was at 8:30 am. When I called back to tell her the appointment was not going to work, the person saw the issue and changed to back to 12:30. Later I got a call back and was rudely told that the appointment could not be changed as previously promised and that since it was a Saturday all work was "voluntary" I told her I would have to see if I could make this work with the apartment complex and would call her back. Apartment said no understandably so within 24 hours I called back and left a detailed message cancelling the appointment. The owner called me back and acted like she was just "returning my call". When I again told her I was cancelling - she told me I was outside the window of cancellations and therefore owed the entire balance. NO WHERE had she emailed me a cancellation policy or told me a cancellation policy. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! read more
