They were on time and got right to work. I hired 2 people to come for 2 hours to clean my daughter's bedroom and bathroom, when they finished early they offered to clean the kitchen for the remainder of the time which was great. Scheduling was easy and the price was more than fair, so much better than the other companies I contacted. Highly recommend this company! read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was told that the cleaning crew of 2 would be at my home from 2:00 to 4:00 pm (2 hours for $190.00), then one member shows up at 2:25 ringing my RING doorbell, (got'em on camera), then two other people show up coming in the door at 2:29. At 3:15 the crew of 3 were taking their cleaning supplies to their vehicle. Not even a whole hour of cleaning and they were out the door. I was promised a full 2 hours with a crew of 2. Hmmmmm, Ok, I guess I shouldn't have scheduled a cleaning on a Friday afternoon, go figure, they were so anxious to get out the door to start their weekend early! And I didn't even get a full hour of cleaning and what was done was HALF-ASSED. First of all one worker used glass cleaner on our wooden furniture and she wiped half of a lazy-susan on our wooden breakfast table across the middle leaving dust visible on it and on the table. Several things in our living room like our entertainment center & mantle with lamps & pictures wasn't even touched. The bedrooms were done half-assed, most items were not even wiped off, I rubbed my finger on several things after they left & realized they were not even touched. I think they were just here to make an appearance, get a check, and get the hell out of my home. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE TO ANYONE! This is some of the worst house cleaning I've ever had done, nothing but a total waste of $190.00 for less than one hour cleaning service. ECC, you got me once but never again! A TOTAL RIP-OFF! read more

This was my first time having someone else clean my house so I was a little stressed. But I love the floors and the nice clean smell of my kitchen and master bath. My only concern is that I had specific instructions and two rooms were missed that needed to be serviced. ( I didn't ask much but for the windows to be vacuumed and wiped if necessary as we have no furniture yet) Otherwise this would be a 5 star review. I will give them another chance. They were great ladies. read more

Definitely the best maids I've found in Auburn so far! The ladies are so so friendly and sweet. They did not miss one spot. I have extremely furry cats and they managed to get all of their hair up (which never happens)!!! The price was very affordable on top of all of this. I will without a doubt hire them again. read more

We've used cleaning solutions for about a year for once a month cleanings. Those cleanings were…read moresatisfactory. However, we hired them to do a deep clean to put our house on the market, and the cleaning was horrible. Everything was half-way cleaned. The front of a side table would be wiped down but not the back. The tops of windowsills were cleaned but not the fronts. Specific areas that we pointed out to be cleaned were (eg. particularly dirty baseboards) but other baseboards in the same room were not cleaned. Anything behind a curtain was not cleaned. Fans blades were cleaned on the bottom but not the top. They did send cleaners back out for about 30min. after we complained, but there were still spots that were dirty after they left. After all of this, we were refused any sort of refund.

I initially found them on Angie's list. They had an A rating. Once I submitted an order, I've gotten a call back right away (which I wasn't able to answer or call back as I was having an emergency issue). The scheduler/owner called me back again few hours later asking if I still need the service. She was very friendly over the phone and detailed. Explained everything to me and what will be done and how many people will be out there to clean the house. Also, got an email reminder few days prior. On the day of the cleaning, only one lady showed up as the other ladies were having car issues. However, the lady who showed up at the house (Ms. Becky) apologized and explained the situation and said she will get as much as she can done. She didn't finish the work the same day however she had promised she will be back the day after to finish the job. So the next day, as promised she brought another lady to finish the job. The ladies came and cleaned the house throughly and did a walk trough afterwards. It was done quickly and in a professional yet a friendly manner. I will definitely use them again in the future. I requested a deep clean. I had 2 very friendly, professional ladies that arrived on time. They did a fantastic job!! They actually moved items to clean around, not just wipe around things.
