I spent almost $300 on this cleaning service, and the entire experience was disappointing. The…read morecleaners themselves were polite and very young, but the quality of the cleaning was not acceptable. They finished early because three people came instead of two (which was explain because I concern they was done within 90 minutes) , yet they still missed multiple areas...especially the laundry room and the dining table. I had to clean behind them less than an hour after they left. It looked like when they swept, some trash ended up under the couch, but I don't think it was intentional ..just careless. They gave me a 10-12 arrival window and said the timing depended on "traffic or parking." However, when I called, they were still cleaning another home. That's not traffic that's overbooking and not respecting clients' time. They arrived at 11, but the way they worded it was misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, their website says they accept PayPal, but they called asking for my credit card information over the phone. The representative claimed the PayPal option was "an error." Between the unclear payment process, the poor communication, and the low-quality cleaning, I truly don't understand how they have so many five‑star reviews. The young cleaners were nice, but the company itself feels like a hot mess express.
