The remaining total of $2,550.00 was paid on June 10, 2021, this price also included in its scope of work, bad wood replacements prior to paint. According to the contract, the job was to be completed within one week's time of the start date. Part of fair dealing is understanding that mistakes happen, reasonable delays may occur and compromises may be necessary. I provided many requests and many opportunities for contractor to make things right, whether that involved redoing some work that was done incorrectly or giving the contractor a reasonable amount of extra time due to life events or delays. July 21, 2021, I requested for the completion of my exterior home wood replacement/repairs and painting contract to be completed not later than August 15, 2021. A few attempts to finish where accomplished going through the business owner. However after many ignored attempts later, request directly to contractor as of November 16, 2021 the scope of work is still unfinished i.e. bad wood replacements, unfinished painted trim and clean-up of paint spills or overspray to driveway, sidewalk and roofing shingle areas. I wish nothing but success to the business owner and would like nothing more than the opportunity to change this review. Praying contractor has integrity and conscious until rightfully finished or reasonable reimbursements have been paid to have unfulfilled work corrected/completed.
