Then she said she would email me an estimate. I kept looking but after many days, I called them. She said she will get it emailed that day. I checked my spam etc., but still no email from them. I called again twice and left a message but got no calls back. I called again and she said she'd get me an estimate that day too, again. I never heard from her. I can't imagine how this company has survived this long with service like this. I initially really liked her, but she has been very disrespectful to me and she lost a lot of huge jobs, because of this unprofessional non-service!

He didn't try to break my pockets. He arrived at my house at 8 am prompt and didn't leave until he was finished which around 5 pm he moved my hot water heater to my garage and although he ran into major issues from the previous builder which was Gray Hawk Homes which they was trash they just threw the homes up any kind of way the water lines all crossed up, but the gentleman fixed it and did an outstanding job I am very very happy. Going behind someone else work can be horrible . But I am very please at his work , if want some one with patience and honest this company is for you. Trust me you won't regret it. I discovered plumbers don't repair dishwashers and had a difficult time finding anyone to help me. I contacted Bunn's and they said they could help me and gave me a Friday morning appointment. They contacted me at 9, asking to push my 10:00 appointment to 1:00. I agreed and they never came. I texted them at 2; no reply. I texted again at 4; still no reply. I called and texted a number of times in desperation but they never responded.
