We purchased a light that was on display and was able to pickup the following day without any issues. Their storefront is so well styled and contains many trendy as well as practical home goods! Oh! I don't watch much TV and I didn't think moving the TV from the mantle to the wall would make much difference, but I was VERY pleased when the job was done...The price was right and the work quality was above par. Dekendrick seems to be the more silent type and simply handles his business and is gone, which works absolutely fine for me. My ONLY complaint about Dekendrick and The Tec Guys was that he was late arriving for the appointment and I had to chase him down to find out where he was and his ETA. Don't get me wrong...Living in Metro Atlanta, I absolutely understand that s--t happens and traffic is constantly, consistently, ridiculous for NO good reason, but a simple phone call, text, e-mail to let me know that he was gonna be late would have been GREATLY appreciated. I hope the business grows and prospers beyond ALL of their initial dreams and visions...I'd ABSOLUTELY use them again!!
