He arrived on time and was very friendly I like it when a professional can talk and work at the same time. Him and his team had my sink unstopped in less than 30 mins. The price was great my sink had been slow draining for awhile so to now have it cleared I'm so happy! Would I recommend Wendell, yes I would!

The sink and the dishwasher had begun to drain slowly again, and the first company gave us the runaround about coming back to rectify their work. Even trying to blame the blockage on our tenants. Wendell and his partner successfully resolved the blockage - using a camera to confirm that the job was done thoroughly. I've provided pictures of what Drain-o-Might cleared AFTER the first company's visit. Wendell told us that the color of the residue was an indication of its age and that it could not possibly have occurred in the six weeks between services. Wendell was professional, responsive and thorough. We would definitely hire him for future work.

We had a large job with the new purchase of our home-- the yard and landscape had not had any attention in at least a decade and it was our plan to replace all of it! We knew that we would not be able to take on the entire job all at once....and would need to do it in stages. Few companies were interested in working with us at that level, Enter Burt and Landscape Innovations!! He promptly met with us and discussed our goals. He took extensive notes and pictures and promised us a comprehensive plan along with a written estimate for work. We received a detailed email shortly thereafter and we contracted for the work. Burt and his team arrived promptly (as weather permitted) and he worked diligently to complete the work as we agreed on & in the stages we required for budgeting. His work was completed on time and was always above and beyond both in scope and quality. We could not be more pleased with Landscape Innovations. Our only disappointment is in not having MORE work done.....but we know when we do we can count on Burt. We highly recommend him and his company!

We checked with a few different landscaping companies. Hearn seemed to offer the best overall package of design/layout and work, and their pricing was reasonable. We started working with them (getting estimates and a plan) around mid-August and got onto their schedule for early October. We had to arrange for a separate company to update and re-arrange some of the lawn's sprinkler system before Hearn could do their work. Once that was complete (in September), Hearn came out shortly afterwards. They performed all the work in about 3.5 days. This included scraping our back yard and about 1/3 of our front yard, delivering mulch and river rock for some areas, extending drain pipes in 3 spots, laying Zoisa sod in the scraped and graded areas, and then adding some decorative planting in one area. I delayed doing a review until we had a chance to see the sod grown in and actually become a lawn, as opposed to pieces of sod. That has occurred as we move into the middle of summer, so I am more confident in rating Hearn's work. Overall, we are quite satisfied and would work with them again. They provided a plan and then worked to that plan. There were no surprises later.

I left a message and when they had a break from whatever job they were on that day, they called me back. The owner then scheduled a time to briefly stop by and finalize the estimate by getting accurate measurements of the surface area to be cleaned. I was able to call back with an additional request the next day and schedule the work within two weeks. They called to reconfirm the appointment the evening prior and arrived on time on the scheduled day. Our job consisted of a driveway, two walkways, and a mid-sized concrete and brick patio area. They also cleaned the rear of our house (siding). The job took about 5.5 hours. The bill seemed very reasonable (vs. me taking probably twice that time myself with a smaller pressure washer). I'm sure the concrete will darken up again over time and I'll be calling ZAP back at some point. Recommended.
