This has been an absolute nightmare! We have tried to resolve issues for several months with no response from the company (phone calls and texts). We had a large pool/backyard project done that i am now having to higher another company to come fix. It included design, full irrigation, sod, etc. Plants were not fully planted into the ground (roots are showing), tons of dead plants that they failed to respond to requests to check on it within 30 days of the install. We have sent pictures over text as well. I have asked that Warren come out and look at the job to make sure it met his standards, he refuses to do so. I have been asking this for almost 6 months now. The install did not follow the plan, and we were very flexible with the mistakes. They tried to steal my flagstone steps!!! The plan was to reuse the ones we have (4' ones) and they instead used 3' ones and took our 4'. I was charged for all the new flagstones, and the communication when i called them out on it was "well i didnt charge you to take them away." This was almost $2,000 in flagstones. We did get them returned as they had not gotten paid yet. My yard was never fine graded, so the new sod is lumpy and i am going to have to sand my yard over several seasons to get it to smooth out. We had to call them out several times to keep fixing issues, and i made the mistake of paying them and they stopped coming to make things right. They were referred to me by my pool company. I have informed them to never refer this company again. read more

After meeting with a few contractors (landscape designers), we easily picked All South Lawnscapes because of the pure professionalism, promptness of replying to us, and the AMAZING vision and ideas the landscape designer (Alex Kidd) provided during our first appointment/visit. The landscapers knocked out the entire backyard in a day and a half and did a wonderful job. They even moved a sprinkler head for us, that wasn't in the correct place to provide efficient irrigation, without adding on to the project budget. The project manager/landscape designer worked with our schedule when the weather wasn't cooperating. Any issues that we brought up were promptly addressed and we couldn't be more pleased with this company--Highly recommend!! read more

Warren Elwell came out to give us a quote on time, gave us a fair quote, & was very professional. I 100% recommend this company if you want a job done RIGHT. You get what you pay for in Landscaping & I am so thankful I found a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. read more

We live on 2 1/2 acres of pastureland and desperately needed to do something to landscape the backyard. Additionally, my wife is a potter and needed her own pottery studio. We also had some serious water drainage issues in the backyard. Obviously, we had a lot to work out and needed a landscape company who was not only able to take on such a project, but also had the vision to take such a "blank canvas" and make something beautiful. After meeting with several landscapers, we met Tim amd Warren from Lawnscapes. They took lots of time to listen and learn what we wanted and needed, and what our budget could afford. After a short time, we met with them again and they presented blueprints for an incredible design. We were blown away! After massaging the design, they worked with us to achieve our goals, all within our budget. The Lawnscapes crew were amazing. They worked hard, bent over backwards for us, were on time and on budget. The end result was simply amazing. Warren's design was awesome amd Tim's "bend over backwards can-do" attitude were a breath of fresh air. Not only would I recommend them to anyone, I made new friends in the process. Even more than a year after the job, Lawnscapes is there when I need more work done. The attitude remains. Clearly this is a company that "gets it": they want their customers happy. Go with Lawnscapes. YOU WONT REGRET IT. read more

Great company and we have always been happy with their customer service and work. They out down sod in our backyard over 5 years ago and we've been using them ever since to put down mulch and pin straw in the spring and to replace some shrubbery that we've wanted replaced. read more

If you're looking for an estimate don't hold your breath. After more two weeks and an email to an employee named Warren Elwell, I have yet to hear back. I'm moving on, as should you. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. read more

Great job. Hardworking group. Definitely recommend. Landscaping looks great and nice people.

Came out, gave me patio quote, said he'd email it but didn't. Week later I had to ask them for it and when they sent it it was $500 more and no size listed. Unprofessional, look elsewhere as I did. read more
