Burt and his team at Landscape Innovations provide high quality work, clear, concise communication,…read moreexpertise & advice---- all with a comprehensive and fair quote! We had a large job with the new purchase of our home-- the yard and landscape had not had any attention in at least a decade and it was our plan to replace all of it! We knew that we would not be able to take on the entire job all at once....and would need to do it in stages. Few companies were interested in working with us at that level, Enter Burt and Landscape Innovations!! He promptly met with us and discussed our goals. He took extensive notes and pictures and promised us a comprehensive plan along with a written estimate for work. We received a detailed email shortly thereafter and we contracted for the work. Burt and his team arrived promptly (as weather permitted) and he worked diligently to complete the work as we agreed on & in the stages we required for budgeting. His work was completed on time and was always above and beyond both in scope and quality. We could not be more pleased with Landscape Innovations. Our only disappointment is in not having MORE work done.....but we know when we do we can count on Burt. We highly recommend him and his company!

Burt landscaped our entire front yard, correcting water drainage issues, improving our irrigation problems and laying zoysia sod. He also gave my family advice and helped us get started on our retainer wall that he did not benefit from financially.

Buyer Be Ware!!!! Joey Parker is not an honest man! Last year he and his crew were hired to grade…read moreand install sod in our front and back yard. The back yard is fine, only because we hired another company to do the grading. However, we allowed Joey and his crew to grade and install in the front yard. The sod arrived the same day the grading took place and it was a hot day. In order to get the sod down before it burned, Joey rushed the grading. There are so many dips, hills and holes. Its very difficult to walk on the grass and cut the grass because the mower bounces all over the place. You can easily break a leg if running. So my grandkids can't even run and play on it because its dangerous. We also had a dry creek removed by them. Instead of taking the rocks away, which we asked and paid for, they placed some of the rocks under the sod. He said that's common in order to level the sod. Imagine walking on rocks, holes, hills, etc., in your front yard. He, himself stated that it wasn't done properly and told us he would correct it and it would be smooth as butter when he finished. Promise after promise. To date, he has never returned, and stopped responding to our phone calls or text messages. We requested a partial refund so we can correct it. No response! Looks like we will see him in court! He claimed to support veterans. Buyer Be Ware!!.

AJ and his crew removed and killed the vines and roots of the English Ivy and Poison Ivy "jungle"…read morein my back- and side-yards. They cleared scrubby plant debris and killed vines climbing the trees. Then, they spread several cu yds of topsoil & garden loam, and a top layer of about 3 inches of mulch. They redefined the landscape bed edges and installed 3 pallets of zoysia to fill in with my existing grass. They did an excellent, detailed job with all parts of the project, were professional and respectful, and a good value for the price. They cleaned up afterwards, and did everything that they initially agreed upon. Thanks to them I can now enjoy my garden without the risk of getting poison ivy! My grass and flower beds are beautiful! Since this was a large project (3 full days to complete), I got 4 estimates, which ranged in price, method and scope. AJ had offered a couple of options which would reduce the price, but we agreed that the final project would be the best to rid the property of the Poison Ivy and English Ivy. I would highly recommend AJ for both large and small landscape jobs. He has an excellent work ethic and a good eye for detail. I will also have him back next year to do some additional work in the front.

2/5 stars 3 Climbers Tree Service did solid work on the…read moreactual grading and sod laying. The yard leveling looked great and the sod was laid well. That's where the good part ends. After the sod was down, no one told us how to care for it, no watering schedule, no feeding instructions. We also had to ask them to return to trim the sod back from where it was laid up onto the tree trunks which still has not been done. The bigger issue was a fencing job we'd discussed as follow-up work. Communication basically stopped for weeks. I told them 3-4 separate times to just order the fence, and it kept getting drawn out with no clear reason why. Never got a real update without chasing them down. Good crew for the hands-on landscaping work, but the follow-through and communication need serious improvement before I'd hire them again or recommend them for anything beyond a single, self-contained job. Honestly, if not for the crew's work ethic on the actual labor, this review would have scored much lower.
