But, then they never showed up. I tried calling with no answer. I left a voicemail and they didn't call back. I messaged them on yelp and it took them some time to respond. They said that the reason they didn't get back to me was because they weren't in the office. However, I believe that if you have a service scheduled and the employee/technician is unable to show up that the customer should be contacted prior to the scheduled service regardless, if someone is in the office or not. The customer should not be kept waiting and wondering if someone is going to arrive.

Was assured their services would take care of these items. It did not. After several applications, these weeds and weed-grasses are the worst they have even been in my yard. Clover has overtaken two corners of my yard, crabgrass is literally everywhere and other weeds I have never had are popping up everywhere. I reached out to them yesterday and asked what is being applied to my lawn, Ruth (Customer Support Manager) responded: "Every single product used can be found in your after service emails...". In other words, no help/ No offer of any solution.......just a: go read your emails. Absolutely do not recommend Nature's Turf.
