Will suggested reseeding with a blend of a hybrid bluegrass, creeping fescue and mini clover. I had them remove an overgrown area and regraded it flat and level. They did a comprehensive job of mechanical aeration, graded where needed and applied the seed along with an organic growth promoting solution. He has revisited the job several times since we did it () and has reapplied the growth promoter. The fescue and mini clover are up and growing very well. Communication with me before, during and after the job was completed was excellent. The price was very fair. The crew arrived right on time, were careful, and cleaned up so well, they left things better than when they got here! Northside took down a gigantic tree that was rotting inside and threatening to fall over onto our…read morehouse. They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
