I agreed to the date and time and he said that he would also take a sample of our soil to send for testing. On Thursday I received a text stating, "Hey! Are you available next week sometime" and "I want to help". I responded noting that I wasn't sure if his message was intended for me given we already had a time and date scheduled for Saturday, and asked if that was accurate? He had mentioned previously that he was being bombarded with people messaging him about his website, so I wasn't sure if his message was intended for me. I didn't receive a response until 8:32am on Saturday (the date we had agreed upon) in which he noted that something came up but gave me other options including coming out later this afternoon. I asked if he could come out before 3pm and he noted that he could. Will also agreed to let me know when he was heading to my home so that I could ensure that I would be there before he arrived. He sent me a message at 2:14pm stating he was "heading my way" with an "ETA of 3pm". He never showed up, never called, nor answered his phone when I called. He wasted our time but thank goodness this occurred sooner rather than later before hiring the company. It's unfortunate really as we prefer to support small businesses however take note when people do not respect your time. Hopefully this review will be helpful to those that are earnestly searching for a reputable landscaper and are attempting to do their due diligence in researching a business to make an informed decision about who to hire.

Will suggested reseeding with a blend of a hybrid bluegrass, creeping fescue and mini clover. I had them remove an overgrown area and regraded it flat and level. They did a comprehensive job of mechanical aeration, graded where needed and applied the seed along with an organic growth promoting solution. He has revisited the job several times since we did it () and has reapplied the growth promoter. The fescue and mini clover are up and growing very well. The bluegrass is showing up now also and looks great. The neighborhood rabbits are eating their fill, and you can't even tell it. The yard has never looked better, and I feel the value received was well worth the cost. Will did a really good job of bidding the job, and of communications along the way. On Sunday 7/26/25, I found the Total Brush Removal Llc website and submitted a request for a free quote. Jeremy sent me a text very quickly and we set up a time the very next day for him to come by and see what all needed to be done and give me a quote. Monday, 7/27, he came by and he gave me a quote. He told me that the job would be done on Thursday 7/30. I agreed and we talked about what time I'd be home from work and how to make payment. He told me the job would be finished before I made it home but I could call and make payment or he could come by and get the payment. Monday night at 9:03pm, he texted me a Property Restoration Proposal document. Just the document, no text with it. In the body of the proposal, it states "We appreciate the opportunity to restore your property and look forward to completing your project on July 30." I was at a concert so I opened it, scanned it, and put my phone away. On Thursday 7/30, I ended up being sick so I was at home all day. I kept expecting to see the crew come by and start working. I never received any kind of communication from Jeremy so at 6:19pm I sent him a text asking when they were coming by. Jeremy sent me a text saying he didn't get a confirmation from me for the date and he stated "I was trying to squeeze you in there it'll probably be next week until I can get there." I responded and told him we spoke about the date and time AND the proposal even had that date, I took that to mean it was confirmed. He then responded with "Okay must have slipped my mind you have to excuse me on that. I'll try to squeeze you into tomorrow otherwise I can have them there monday." I ended the conversation with "okay, great." Guess who NEVER showed up? Not the next day OR Monday... and has NEVER communicated anything else to me.
