We then had law enforcement stop their trespassing. But that's not all... couple days later they ground up 5 or 6 stumps and blew all the debris, including rocks all over our green space. I cannot emphasize how impressed we are with the skill and precision of Dixie Arbor Care's crew and how they were able to manipulate the huge limbs and trees to come down right where they wanted them to and without damaging anything. Both my husband and I were in awe watching them work. They also stacked the tree trunks and limbs where we asked them to and cleaned up the yard prior to leaving. We called that afternoon and set up an appointment with Jeff Stucker Monday morning. When he got here on time, he was shocked with how big the crack was. They were there early and worked thru the day and came back first thing Monday morning to finish it. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism. The cost at the end was the quoted price which was a very good price.

I would not recommend Bryan or his services due to poor professionalism and lack of follow-through…read more Like others have mentioned, Bryan started off responsive, genuine, and helpful. However, once he was paid, that completely changed. He completed only part of the job we agreed upon, and when we pointed out the unfinished work, he stopped responding altogether. We sent him over six messages in ten days with no reply. Before payment, he was active and quick to respond but afterward, nothing. To make matters worse, he even gave a quote to one of our neighbors, but now ignores them as well; seemingly to avoid us and the unfinished work at our house. It's disappointing because he had assured us he wouldn't "blow us off," yet that's exactly what he did. The quality of the job was subpar, and his lack of professionalism sealed it by ignoring us sealed the deal. Even if his quote looks good, don't take the risk. You truly get what you pay for, and I would gladly have paid more upfront for someone who delivered on their word and provided professional service. I honestly don't enjoy leaving reviews like this but want everyone to be aware of the risks doing business with people who just ignore their customers.

The limb split about 2/3 of the way up our 100 foot plus hickory tree and fell across another 100 foot plus hickory tree making it a very dangerous removal over the house. We called Guzman's for a free estimate based on their excellent reviews and received a call back within minutes. The owner, Silvestre, came out that same day to give us a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and probably too low considering how complicated this limb removal turned out to be. He assured us that his guys could drop a limb on a dime and he wasn't kidding! The whole crew came out the next morning exactly as promised and immediately got to work. We were in awe watching these guys work their magic on these massive trees. The man cutting the hardwood trees made it look so effortless as he climbed the trees and flew from tree to tree like Spiderman. They had very little clearance between the trees, two houses, and our fence, yet not one branch hit anything. We opted to get both trees completely removed due to safety issues. Their clean-up was so good that you can't even tell that there were trees there. We truly can't recommend this company and their crew enough. This is a family-run business that's licensed and insured, takes great pride in their work, are prompt with good communication, and do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed! They will be the only tree cutting service we'll use going forward as no one else can compare.
